Room was compact . Not suitable for couple or family as does not have single bad of queen size. They have executive bad which they are combined to make queen size. Daily cleaning company doesn’t check washroom liquid or neither replace it. Some of Staff doesn’t speak English.

Good quality for the price, very clean and nice room in a good location. Quiet if you close the window but the room can get a bit hot so you have to open the window and hear the traffic. Could have done with tea and coffee making facilities to elevate the experience.

Nice hotel in a very good, pleasant and quiet location. Good wifi and reception is 24/7

ROOM SERVICE NOT GOOD

I was quite satisfied. I came to attend the Berlin Film Festival. All I wanted was a supermarket nearby and convenient transportation. I found this one. After all, I can't ask for too much at this price. It's also very convenient to buy breakfast at the supermarket every day. The key is that there are only two subway intersections downstairs!

Overall it's OK, the mattress and pillows are quite comfortable, but the room is small and the bathroom facilities are old and not very convenient to use. The hotel does not have an elevator, but fortunately the room is on the first floor and only needs to go up one floor

The hotel is very well located, a few stations from the main points of interest. The area is quiet, with shops and restaurants nearby. The rooms are clean, however the bedding was not changed the second night, perhaps we did not understand the system of signs to display. The room is clean overall, but perhaps the facilities could be reviewed, there is no mini bar and the soaps were almost empty when we arrived. But overall we are very satisfied with our stay in this hotel, which I recommend without hesitation for couples or families who want to visit Berlin on a short stay.

The room was small, no air conditioning, and very hot in summer. But a kettle, tea and coffee were provided, which was nice. There was hair on the bed, which might be a bit unhygienic. But overall it was very good.

The breakfast was very tasty and there was even gluten-free bread.

Although you can hear the street noises, the facilities and service were good! Although I didn't stay long, I plan to use it again next time!

Elevator takes a long time, shower slightly clogged, beds very uncomfortable as they were too hard for us. They could clean a bit better, otherwise everything was fine.

The elevator was unique. The welcome drink was appreciated.

A wonderful hotel, although it is located a little far from the center, it is easily accessible by public transport, the metro and buses are a few minutes away. It was difficult to climb to the 8th floor with a backpack without an elevator; I didn’t quite understand whether there was one at all; for some, this issue may be important. Cleaning and replacement of towels was every day!
