The breakfast is very rich in variety. The room is not big but clean. The only nitpick is the water pressure. It is hot and cold every time. I personally don't like it very much, but if you think about Finnish saunas at that time, maybe It was a good experience, but there was also a bit of a noise problem. I personally don’t recommend staying on Fridays and Saturdays, because there is a bar underneath the hotel, and there were many people gathering at 1 and 2 in the morning to party, which affected my sleep. Fortunately, I only had one night on a Friday. , it is also very quiet at other times, overall it is good

Hotel is located in an excellent location, within a few minutes walking distance to the Byggen, the tourist info center. The Floibanen station with the tram train up to the Floyen view point is just 100 meters behind the hotel. The airport bus also stop near to the hotel. It is a bit far from the train station.
There are many restaurants around the area and near to the Square.
Room is quite large. Was allocated a roon with great view of the hills behind.
Service was also very prompt and friendly. Breakfast was excellent.

The breakfast was very good. The bed can be opened to accommodate four people. There are actually two beds on the wall. Walk five minutes from the airport light rail. So go to the airport for ten minutes soon.

GGuest UserThe hotel is a former stock exchange with a certain sense of design, but the rooms are rather cramped. The breakfast restaurant is beautiful. If you stay, you must add breakfast. The hotel is located within a 6-minute walk from cable cars, hot chocolate, piers and other attractions. You can park your car at the door of the hotel to unload your luggage and check in, but the parking lot is actually quite far away, 7 minutes by car, and it takes about 15-20 minutes to walk back to the hotel.

GGuest UserTransportation: You need to take a train to the airport. The whole journey takes about 50 minutes door to door. It takes about 6 minutes to walk from the hotel to the station. It is convenient for traveling, and the main attractions are within walking distance.
Room: Standard double room with extra bed. The room is small. The hygiene is very good.
Breakfast: Rich variety, including smoked salmon.

GGuest UserIt was a bit far from the station, but it was nice because it was right in front of the fish market.
The room was comfortable and spacious, and it was nice to have slippers.
It was a bit disappointing that there was no refrigerator.
I got it because I heard the dinner was delicious, but the quality was really bad.
There's some soup and a salad, and there's not much left...
I heard it was all-you-can-eat salmon, but that's definitely not the case.

Minutes to railway station and near to the tourist information where most tours begin.
Kitchen has oven. fridge, toaster and kettle so it’s easy to make your hot drinks and heat up food. It’s got comfortable seating as well.
Room only has one type of universal shampoo/body wash so recommended to bring your own toothbrush, toothpaste and conditioner.
Just opposite is the supermarket so it’s really convenient.
Airport to hotel uber was about 660noks.

Staff at the reception is friendly.
The room that we booked is a little bit small for two people but the interesting point of the room is the high glass ceiling.

JJasin LinaMy 2nd stays when visit Bergen on October 2022 and April 2023 both visit are for 3 nights each stays. I love Thon hotel because the breakfast was amazing, so many varieties of food and delicious. The room is very nice and clean and comfortable beds. Shower room is nice and the adjustment of the water is perfect. I love the chocolate they serve in ours first check in. Delicious. Parking is not free but easy access. The hotel is located in the heart of Bergen old Town, only walk about 2 minutes from the lobby, beautiful Maria Church also 2 minutes from the lobby, definitely will come back...strongly recommend 😍 you can watch my channel about all hotels I recommend on WTLJ YouTube, thanks 😊

YYunnaLocation of the hotel is close to the central bus and train station. The tram from the airport also stops nearby too. Breakfast spread is nice. Our room was along the corridor but we were unaware of any noises. The room we had could use a bit more lighting though, because it was quite dark. Otherwise, it was perfect.
