The hotel is so nice, definitely the best in Beppu! Both breakfast and dinner buffet are great quality! Just a few misleading information from the front desk.

Hotel room is awesome and overall condition is excellent!! Room was very comfortable! The onsen is great, both indoor and outdoor hot spring were very nice!! The service is outstanding!! Staff are very friendly and attentive!! Definitely would come back next time!!

Excellent Hotel

Great experience overall! Room - clean and large, very new. Service - guest experience agent in concierge is awesome! I really appreciate the service Ami provided. The restaurant recommendations/ books have been very smooth. English communication is also great! Hassin sushi (八新壽司） is a must go omakase sushi place while typpenyaki place recommended also provided excellent quality wagyu beef. We also tried western style breakfast recommended (莊園小町） Super nice too! Onsen - very new with splendid view. Just some business visitors from south east Asia who are not familiar with onsen rules were very noisy. Food - breakfast is quite nice - suggest trying it outside. Location - needs to driver around 10-20 mins to the restaurants in the city but overall all ok Free valet parking is good. Overall excellent experience!

Excellent private onsen room for family

- 5 stars hotel - Room is comfy and tiddy - hotel had provided shuttle to send you back to Beppu JR station.

Everything is just perfect , from the arrival welcome drinks and the staff are nice. The Onsen is also beautiful. One thing is not good is the flashing on top of the ceiling is quite annoying for people who don’t like any light during sleep. If it can be improve, say can switch off during night time. Probably it’s a perfect hotel for family vacation!

Everything is excellent except the shower head is not strong enough. The view in the onsen is spectacular.
