Staffs are friendly.

The location was perfect. The hotel had a mold, the food was horrible except breakfast, the air conditioner sounded like a train, and they sent maintenance at 5am woke us all up evenly had to switch rooms, I will not be recommended in this hotel to anyone.

Away from the main nightlife, not much entertainment or fun, mainly for families, room was given all the way on other side of building takes time just to get there. Prices are high

Hotel is quite old and hasn’t been renovated in a while. The location is ok, yet I wouldn’t pay such a high fee again to stay there just because the name is Westin.

Great place to try. Buffet breakfast is 420 pesos, quite expensive. Not sure if it's affordable in that zone or not. Need to prepare slippers and toothpaste yourself.

The hotel is close to the airport and the environment is comfortable, but the dining standard is a bit poor.

The experience was very bad. The front desk check-in was done without a smile, as if I owed her money. When I encountered some problems, the front desk manager or supervisor came out to answer them, and they were the same, with a stern face and very rude. There was a fire alarm at night, and many guests evacuated from the emergency passage. In the end, we asked the restaurant staff ourselves, and they said that someone might have smoked in the room and triggered the alarm system. What an understatement. During the whole process, no employee came forward, which was simply amazing. What should I do if this is a real fire? Is this the fire evacuation plan for a five-star hotel? I have chosen W Hotel N times. In my opinion, the service of this W Hotel in Cancun is only at the three-star level. Be careful if you want to stay here. Except for the beautiful sea view, everything else is not beautiful 😂.

The location is good. Although the hotel is older, it is still maintained, but there are fewer dining options.

Very suitable for vacation with children, the quilt is super comfortable, the hotel is very beautiful, there are many swimming pools, and the restaurant is very good. The overall environment is very beautiful and the cost performance is super high.

There are very few Asians in the hotel. As everyone commented, we were arranged to a room in the corner. There was a device room next to it, which made a lot of noise. Although it did not affect our rest, it made people feel uncomfortable! Some service staff had a good attitude, and the breakfast was average. The extra person was 469 pesos, which was not worth the price! But compared to the Hilton all-inclusive hotel we booked later, we found that this hotel was better, at least it was quiet and not noisy! The price was right! The sea in the hotel area was beautiful!

The room bathroom smells very bad, the smell is very strong. When checking in, white people and black people can check in early, until I found that the people who came after me were given rooms, I went to argue with him and waited for nearly three hours at the front desk. I saw on Xiaohongshu that it is because Chinese people like to put tips in their passports, so they can give me rooms in advance. I guess I don’t know much, so they didn’t give me a room. Chinese people really don’t want to be tricked, and foreigners didn’t give them, but they still gave me rooms in advance. The hotel’s occupancy rate is not high in the off-season, and they still use this trick. The service at the front desk is really bad. When checking in, they actually asked me to deposit my credit card there and give it to me when I check out. This operation is really confusing. Chinese people should not choose this one if they can. You can look at other ones. A hamburger in the restaurant costs about 200 RMB, and you have to tip. This price is too New York. It’s really not the service and level that a resort hotel should have.
