Review of Hilton All-Inclusive Cancun Our group of 14 had an absolutely fantastic time at the Hilton All-Inclusive Cancun! The resort exceeded our expectations in many ways, and we made some wonderful memories during our four-day stay. The food was a major highlight—we dined at nearly all the restaurants, and every meal was delicious. Our favorite was the Italian restaurant, followed closely by the steakhouse and the Mexican restaurant. However, securing reservations was a bit of a challenge, which was frustrating at times. One of our biggest concerns before arriving was food safety, especially after seeing numerous reviews about illnesses at many Mexican resorts. Thankfully, not a single one of us got sick, which was a huge relief. That said, we did notice some staff using the same tongs for raw and cooked meat on the grill, which was concerning. We also enjoyed nightly entertainment watching some highly skilled acrobatics! Overall, the resort provided an amazing experience for our large family, and we would absolutely return. With a few improvements in the reservation system and food handling practices, this place would be perfect!

Location is far from main area. Pools are shallow and not large enough to accommodate the size of the hotel. Food was not great - especially Sunan - inedible. Service was not friendly - a cold was to to staff. Didn’t really feel like a Hilton property. Can do better for same money.

Check in was 2 hours at the reception All dinner restaurant need reservation and reservation closed at 5pm checked in so late so we missed first night for dinner have to go buffet every meal till second night We can’t make reservations for the restaurant we want, because nothing available and only time available is 9.30pm and another night 10pm for dinner. We asked some new friends got the same answer won’t come back to this hotel anymore. We thought Hilton name should be something better than this.

My main complaints are for the service and instruction I experienced during my stay. We were told it is peak season (a week after Easter vacation) so they were being busy. After we checked in, no guideline/instruction were given. We did not know which restaurants require a reservation, how to do room service, the location of the activities. Therefore we missed a lot of chance to receive the 'ALL-INCLUSIVE' service. We were planning to join an activity, but we could not find it. We asked 3 staffs and finally one staff led us to the avenue. Similar situation happened many times, staffs are unsure about most of the things. In the restaurant, we ordered foods and they took us over 1 hour to arrive. We requested for drinks or utensils they just simply forgot. With the poor hospitality, I don't recommend this resort if you want to have peace in mind during the trip.

There many goods and a few bad things. 1. You can find food to eat anywhere when you get hungry. They have a good truck around the pool. The y have 6 restaurants, 3 of them you have to make a reservation. Reservation is very easy through the link appt from the hotel. 2. Some restaurants’s food are so good, some is nay. The stake house is not so good. La Luce is the best for us. 3. Pool are too small for that big hotel. 4. They have show and entertainment every night which is good. 5. All drinks all so good. Most staffs are nice and helpful. 6. The housekeepers didn’t really change well for our room, they at least change the bedsheet after a few nights. Overall is great. Our plunge pool is so small and shallow but good for little kid.

Weirdest experience. Booking went wrong and was downgraded. Trip.com handled is amazingly 👍🏾 Hotel service leaves a lot to be desired (putting it mildly). Mixup on booking was not resolved, cocktails are weirdly sweet and watered down and when you fail to reserve a restaurant (might be a hat’s up they want to provide) a response ‘no reservation, really?’ Is not something you expect. This might be a hotel that some would enjoy, but it’s not us.

I would go back a thousand times! The staff is very friendly and attentive. The food at both the buffet and the pool is wonderful. I recommend that at the buffet, both for breakfast and lunch/dinner, you order your drink first because it is so big that it takes a while to serve. (Nothing important, but that way when you have chosen your food you already have the drink on the table). There are several restaurants that you have to book for lunch/dinner but they tell you everything at check-in. The pool has a towel service at no extra cost. Perhaps the alcoholic drinks would be of better quality; instead of fresh fruit for the cocktails they use syrups and that makes them taste a bit more artificial. Even so, they are good. Personally I did not like the tequila ones. It is far from the hotel zone so if you do not have a rental car, it will be expensive to leave the hotel. Even so, it is not a problem. If you need to leave, they call a taxi and that's it. And last but not least, we checked out at 12 as stated, but since our flight was leaving at night, they gave us a “day-pass” bracelet that allowed us to continue using the common facilities until 5:00 p.m. with all-inclusive as well.

Very close to the airport, only 15-20 minutes away. Very convenient. You can stay on the 6th or 7th floor, with a good view. The sea water is so dirty that you can't even look at it. But there are people swimming in it. The swimming pool is quite crowded, not to the extent of fighting for beach chairs, but at 11 o'clock, the chairs were already full. The food in the restaurant is average, I like the pizza and shrimp at la Luce Italian restaurant the most. The only thing worth mentioning is the kids club and the pool for children to play.

The room was nice and the service was great! I was going to go out the next day, but the hotel didn't allow Uber cars in, so I was sorry I couldn't go out. Later I saw that the hotel actually had a shuttle bus out, so I blamed my poor English!
