"The hotel hardware, facilities, environment, etc. are all okay, but the waiters and hotel management staff are a bit **. The shower room did not have a water retaining strip. After the shower, the bathroom floor was completely wet, causing the door to swell and get stuck on the ground. The waiter said that I had to make compensation for the broken door. Of course, I categorically denied that, the management said that they would complain to Ctrip. joke! I should have complained to the hotel, but now they have turned it around. I really don’t understand that Switzerland has a lot of people who have a lot of brains. How did the country develop?"

"It was a pity that there was no air conditioning and only a long fan, but
the Swiss weather was cool, so it was nice to be able to sleep comfortably with the window slightly open!
I asked them to clean the room every time I left, and they did so nicely!
The front desk staff were friendly and the room was clean and cozy, so I would stay there again!
The tram from Bern Station is a bit far, but there is a coop right next door, and I bought food from the coop every evening. ㅎㅎ"

"The staff was very polite and willing to answer questions and taught me how to get to the city center by car,
Apartments are not far from the tourist area. If you take the car for about 6 minutes, the shift of the car is also very dense, but because the house is near the suburbs, it is inevitable that some small insects will enter the room because they are on the light."

"The hotel is a few kilometers away from the city, but early check-in is available. There is a tram downstairs that goes to the old town. The scenery outside the window is beautiful and the facilities are also good. It is a cost-effective hotel in Bern and is worth recommending."

"Detailed details of the hotel:
1. The hotel leaves the train station bus + walks for about 15 minutes
2. The facade is small, but the service is very good. When we went, the front desk was not yet working. There was an Asian old man on duty and let us store our luggage.
3. Non-24-hour front desk, but the black lady at the front desk is very good
4. There are not many overall attractions in Bourne, but the hotel can be reached on foot.
5, because there is a Swiss pass we do not have a bus card for Bourne, so the hotel does not charge us tax, but there is no guarantee that friends after the same.
6, the room is very quiet, not facing the street
Finally, most importantly, the hotel presented fruit, biscuits, capsule coffee and drinking water. It must be praised for taking people's things. Haha, this trip is the best!"

"The room is big and clean. But it doesn’t come with hairdryer and kettle. However, you can borrow the hairdryer from counter with deposit and they have guest kitchen with microwave too. The hotel is really far from the station which not friendly for travellers with big luggage."

"The experience at Hotel Bellevue Palace was truly impressive. We were welcomed by the General Manager of the hotel at check-in and all the staff members were very welcoming and friendly.
The location of the hotel is about a 10-15 min walk from the Bern Banhof and centrally situated in the city of Bern. The room was spacious with a small balcony, a powder room, and a bathroom. The work desk also had its own power sockets compatible with various plugs from all over the world.
Checkout was smooth and easy and the front desk staff (I believe it was Paula) offered to help us to load our bags to our car and gave us a bottle of water for the journey.
The experience was truly 5 stars and is well worth the cost."
