Hotel Vivenzo Savassi Belo Horizonte Reviews

The room was a bit smaller than the previous one stayed, with quite worn out furniture, bedsheets and towels. AC was good, bathroom size was alright as well. The breakfast was the highlight, with great options and many local delicacies. Super well located, near a shopping mall at a walking distance and many famous pubs just across the street.

The facilities are good and the hotel is well located. However, the linen and pillows are very old and need to be replaced urgently. The bath towels smelled like smoke! Impossible to use. I asked for a replacement, which was done, but the smell, according to the maid, is from the place where they are washed. Good breakfast and service.

Very clean hotel, great service. Very attentive and helpful staff guests and an excellent excellent breakfast!!!

O hotel é muito bem localizado, no coração da Savassi, bem pertinho do Pátio Savassi. Várias opções de bares nos arredores. Um ponto negativo é que o estacionamento é pago à parte, por R$45,00 a diária

Sempre fico no Vivenzo , considero um hotel confortável . Mas dessa última vez me surpreendi negativamente . Os cobertores estavam lacrados , mas com cheiro ruim . Faltou água no quarto logo pela manhã . No café da manhã não tinha mesa disponível - estava cheio e as mesas vazias estavam sujas . Havia apenas um colaborador para limpar ( que estava sobrecarregado, limpando tudo correndo e até se desculpou , coitado ) As 9:50 não havia ovos , pão de queijo e frutas . A reposição demorou 30 minutos, quando desisti de esperar e fui embora .

Hotel excelente . Recepção excelente também . Café da manhã com muuuita variedade . Restaurante muito bom . Tudo sem nenhum defeito na nossa estadia .

Gostei de tudo,novamente.Esta foi mais outra vez que me hospedei neste hotel.

Um bom hotel , atendimento excelente , localização perfeita !
