Single room very noisy with some compressor sound during whole night. My friend unable to have a good sleep and headache during the stay. The noise unable to stop and settle by owner.

U get what you pay for, no complaint

Unfriendly. Hard to contact. I been use roaming call to call the hostel for twice due to unable to contact hotel via wechat

Location is perfect to go to anywhere. Price is convenient.

Good hotel

The hotel is in an excellent location, right next to the Mong Kok MTR station and close to Ladies' Street. It has all the Hong Kong food you want. The hotel rooms are clean and sanitary, the shower water has great pressure, and it is convenient to check in. I recommend it.

The location is good and the room is clean, but the soundproofing is so bad that I can hear the sound of water as if someone is showering in my bathroom.

The store has a very good service attitude, the room is very clean, and it is very quiet at night. Good comments (o^^o)

Pros: location and price. Bed linen is clean. That's where the pros end. Cons: Average cleanliness, some kind of hair all over the room (either human hair or long dog hair), dust in the corners, better not to look under the beds... Towels, how can I say, as if they were used to dry a dog, all in hair. The shower head is faulty, when trying to use it, water gushes in all directions from all the joints and cracks. A separate topic is the remote check-in process: after booking and payment, in theory, the check-in facility should have sent "instructions" for finding a hotel (since the address in the aggregators is often indicated incorrectly, as in the case of this particular hotel), rooms and check-in procedures. But this was not done!!! The day before the check-in time, we wrote to the accommodation facility to the specified e-mail and WhatsApp. The dialogue via mail did not work out, the correspondence was conducted via WhatsApp. Moreover, it was conducted very sluggishly, so sluggishly that by the time of check-in we had not even been given the address of the hotel (we were asked for booking confirmation at intervals of several hours, the document sent in pdf format did not satisfy them, they asked for a screenshot...) and meanwhile we flew to Hong Kong, not knowing where we would be staying... And now, sitting at the airport, after several hours, we finally figured out where we were going and how to get to the room. I was especially "pleased" by the phrase - "don't worry so much, everything is simple there..." now the manager will check everything... and this at 5 pm!!! In the end, check-in took place, but the sediment remained.

It’s good. There are a lot of delicious food and shopping malls nearby. It’s very convenient.

The room is small but clean, the safety nearby is not bad, the hotel customer service is very friendly and easy to communicate with, the price is really good 👍🏻 (ps: the deer head hanging on the bedside will scare people when they wake up in the middle of the night 😂)

It was an unmanned hotel and I couldn't understand the system so I changed to another hotel. It would be a problem if you don't speak the local language. The hotel was on the 26th floor.
