There was a lot of noise in the halls and this noise affected the room, it was hard to sleep with the noise

I had a 5 star experience here for 8 nights and enjoyed a beautiful room overlooking the golf course and mountains. The room service was exceptional particularly the quesadilla and the pasta dishes. The pools were sensational and even tho it was packed there was plenty of room for everyone. The spa was well worth it (ask for Laura) she is the best! I had great housekeeping from Maria on the fifth floor and my favorite bellman was a gentleman named Carlos. Everyone was very friendly and when there were any issues at checkout or checkin they were resolved quickly by the excellent customer support team of Caleb, Jackeline & Gianina all of whom provided impeccable service.

Area was very nice. Hotel was very clean and the service were excellent. Food quality was also good.

Great rooms, and staff! Beds were a bit narrow but overall very comfortable.

The hotel is so beautiful! The breakfast is also very good! You can stay in the hotel for three days without leaving. It is close to the airport and the price is reasonable.

The hotel is very close to the airport, the overall environment is good, the service is good, but the facilities are too old and not up to the five-star standard. In addition, there are no slippers and water in the room, and the noise from the airplanes is obvious. It is not recommended for those who like quietness.

Great hotel, antique, with a lot of history and stories, but there are also shortcomings, the sound insulation is poor, the noise from the planes close to the airport is relatively loud, the door of the bathroom is glass, not light-proof, the parking lot is a bit far away, and the price is a bit expensive
