Its a very good hotel and very good services however there was some issues with cleanliness.

This hotel is an anime cartoon theme, and the elevators and corridors are all anime-themed characters from the Avengers. There is a western restaurant outside on the first floor. The outside environment is average. It is full of all kinds of cars, so it is not easy to find. Breakfast is on the top floor with a view across Lebanon. There is a swimming pool, gym, but no hot springs.

Very good hotel, hardware facilities and services are very good. The restaurant on the top floor is also great, the disadvantage is that the water in the pool is not very clear

The staff in Hotel are very friendly. This Hotel can be recommended in Beirut Lebanon. The is very clean and the size also is big which is very comfortable for a long stay. The room has a nice balcony with a good view. Also the pool in 16th floor has a very nice view of the city.

The room was clean, cozy, and had this warm vibe that made it easy to relax. everything you need is there — and done right. Even the little details, like the fresh towels and a great cup of coffee in the morning, made a difference. It’s the kind of place that doesn’t try too hard, and that’s exactly why I loved it. Quiet, personal, and just… easy. I’ll definitely be back.

Comfortable place as if you are home. The decorations are wow super amazing and special. Cleanliness is 10/10. My kids enjoy the pool and the services. The gym is very cute and you can find all the machines in that mini super gym. The staff are so friendly

It was an amazing journey, i enjoyed the hotel,service and facilities . There is variety of restaurants italian,american, international and lebanese. The service was really fast. The food tasted delicious moreover all the staff are friendly

All the staff are professional and friendly. Cozy and comfortable hotel One of the best I've ever visit in Beirut. Food so tasty also I tried the signature drinks it was wowwww I like it also the bartenders are adorable & friendly. I recommend it
