Considering everything from the hotel's decor, facilities, and ambiance to the service, Suiyu Hotel is definitely among the top three, if not the best. The **value for money** is absolutely outstanding. For years, my go-to has always been the All Seasons chain, but after staying here for the past few days, I've completely fallen for Suiyu. My stay was incredibly comfortable; both the hotel's **hardware (physical facilities)** and **software (service experience)** were excellent. All the **staff members** were friendly and enthusiastic, and you can truly sense the **management's dedication and professionalism**. The hotel is a five-minute walk from a shopping mall, and the subway exit leads directly into it. There's a Yonghui Supermarket in the basement, along with numerous dining options, including McDonald's and KFC, which are always a hit with kids. **Ordering takeout** is also very convenient. All in all, staying at Suiyu was absolutely perfect and hassle-free! 👍

The room is quite spacious. Good breakfast. Location just across the Beijing West Railway Station. But, it's about 5 mins walk to the subway station and to get to the hotel from the train station or subway can be tricky for first time traveller. Poor room insulation & the drain for the toilet is bad, so a bit slippery. Highly recommend because the staff is so helpful (although they don't speak English so get yourself a translator app to communicate), they even help me to arrange my room so that I don't have to switch room as I've made a separate booking for additional stay in Beijing. On top of that, the price is considered worthy since you got halal food nearby and plenty of restaurants, shops and a supermarket to get some snacks or fruits & groceries.
