Very satisfied!! A wonderful stay! Facilities: Brand new, large and comfortable bed, the entire room is beautifully decorated, and the environment is fantastic! Cleanliness: Very clean! Both the room and the public areas were spotless. Service: Excellent, excellent, excellent! We checked in late at night, and the front desk lady was very patient. Checking out the next day was even better! Special praise goes to Manager Zhilin, who was so gentle and friendly, and provided excellent service. She was very patient and thorough in answering all our questions. Highly commendable! I'm extremely satisfied and very happy! A perfect 120 for this service!

I was on a week-long business trip to Three Gorges Building. Given the scorching hot weather, I chose Yue Ting, a newly opened hotel that's conveniently about a ten-minute walk from my destination. The rooms were clean, and the bedding was very comfortable. Breakfast offered both Chinese and Western options, and the front desk staff delivered it to the room promptly. They also provided complimentary coffee, tea, and sour plum juice. The front desk team was exceptionally attentive and always did their best to accommodate guests' requests. A big bonus was the free shuttle service to Universal Studios.

The staff even gives out toys, and there are people in Panda costumes walking around the restaurant to greet the kids and take pictures, which means a lot to them! We were also grateful for the upgrade from a queen-size bed to a king-size bed, as it provided us with more space to sleep comfortably with two toddlers. Kids eat breakfast for free, and the food was excellent! The dumplings were a highlight, along with a variety of options including bacon, different egg dishes, baozi, porridge, egg tarts, cakes, bread, rice, and salads. If you're planning a trip to Universal Studios Singapore, the hotel offers a shuttle bus in the morning at 8 and 9 AM, with a return service at 10:30 PM. A special shout-out to some amazing staff at the Hampton Hotel: receptionist Linda (琳琳), and restaurant staff members 高双梅 and 陈德孝, along with all the other team members who took such great care of our family during our stay. We truly appreciate their kindness and hope to see you all again on our next visit!

The front desk staff are all handsome men and beautiful women. The young ladies speak softly and gently, and they always keep their promises. The service is truly excellent. They even helped me delay my check-out because I had a meeting, which was very thoughtful. The housekeeping staff were also very kind; they ran to bring me whatever I needed. I really loved staying here these past few days. I'll take some photos to share with everyone about the hotel lobby. It's really spacious and comfortable. You should definitely check it out!
