I was looking forward to it after looking at the photos online. When I arrived, the environment of the hotel was pretty good. After walking around the hotel, I found many surprising problems! We searched twice for the botanical garden but couldn't find it! There are no clear and obvious signs along the way. I asked many waiters, but they couldn't tell where it was. Doesn't the hotel provide training? Why don’t you even know where your hotel is? What pissed me off the most was that the air conditioner in the room kept blowing cool air. When I asked the service staff, they said the air conditioner was not turned on during the day and could only be turned on at 5pm! Then they gave us a small electric heater, but it didn't work at all! Even when the air conditioner is turned on at night, it doesn't get warm. It's always 17-19 degrees! Extremely cold! The quilt is still thin! I had no choice but to drink a bottle of hot water to keep warm! The experience is really terrible! I woke up in the morning and found that other passers-by were also saying that the air conditioner was not working! The room was very cold! In such a good hotel, shouldn’t air conditioning be the most basic facility?
