The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, the environment is quiet, and the lobby has a nice fragrance; the Xiaodu speaker in the room is intelligent, and the electric curtains are very convenient; the service is thoughtful and responsive; the hygiene is impeccable, every corner is clean, and I feel super safe living here!

Reception, housekeeping and gym attendent were very helpful n friendly. Paid almost same price for another inn n the experience is much much better. Far from forbidden city but didi at around $8 can get you there. Welcome drink and daily breakfast good value. Return to clean and tidy room daily. Thank bixia. Aircon difficult to control. Warm in the room at time.

The hotel is in a great location, right outside the subway station. It's convenient to go anywhere. Opposite is the National Library and Zizhuyuan Park. The hotel is well maintained, and the toilet is smart. The room has a warm color. I finally arrived early, and the room I booked was not available. I was upgraded for free.

Had an amazing stay at the hotel! The service was impeccable, and a special thanks to Tuffy at check-in, who went above and beyond to make the process smooth and welcoming. The hotel is very close to the east gate of Renmin University, just a two- or three-minute walk and a short walk across a pedestrian bridge. Because it was newly renovated this year, there was a slight renovation smell when you first entered, but it dissipated after opening all the windows for a while. The room type I booked was excellent, with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a living room, all with windows and central air conditioning. It can accommodate six people. The hotel is newly renovated, and the furniture and bedding are all new, and the cleanliness is excellent.

The hotel is located within one kilometres of a metro station but far away from major roads. The rooms are in decent sizes. The decoration is dated. In some rooms you can smell cigarate smoke even though they were 'treated'.

Are the positive reviews for this hotel genuine? Beyond its good location, there's absolutely nothing else commendable. 1. The sound insulation is truly poor. You can hear conversations in the corridor and doors opening next door, plus there's a karaoke venue on the second floor. That's why two pairs of earplugs are provided in the room – a clear admission of the noise problem, suggesting you should wear them to sleep if it gets too loud. 2. The 'Premium Suite' and the 'Deluxe Room with two 1.2m beds' are both 24 square meters. The only difference is that the suite has one 1.2m bed and one 1.5m bed, yet it costs nearly 400 RMB more. It offers virtually no suite value, and I couldn't see what justified the 'suite' designation. When I first entered, I even thought the front desk had assigned me the wrong room. Furthermore, all rooms have corridor-facing windows, which open up to a direct view of a wall. Breakfast is also not included. 3. Features like the 'fresh air system', 'screen mirroring', and 'Xiaodu' (smart assistant) are essentially useless add-ons, merely catchy names. They offer little practical value. Overall, the value for money is poor. I wouldn't recommend it for anyone traveling for leisure.

My stay at Qiuguo Hotel was very satisfying. I was particularly impressed with how well-equipped the rooms were; they had everything from a refrigerator and washing machine to air conditioning and a fresh air system. Both the front desk and housekeeping staff were wonderful, displaying excellent service attitudes and treating guests with great respect. The room itself was spacious and had a lovely, cozy feel to it. I would definitely come back again.

Our stay exceeded all expectations! The hotel's location is fantastic, just 5 minutes from the scenic area entrance. The room was spacious and bright, with excellent natural light. The amenities were all readily available and easy to use. The housekeepers meticulously cleaned and replaced toiletries every day. The front desk also provided free scenic area maps and guides, which was a thoughtful touch. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit!
