Very good value for money hotel, I didn't expect it at all! The room was very clean and the whole house was smart! The waiters were warm and the attitude was super good. When I first came, there was brown sugar ginger tea! The service is in place, the girl will help to send the luggage to the room ～ very satisfied, will come next time!

Spent a week at Atour Hotel Beijing Shangdi, and it was a good experience! The staff was incredibly friendly from the moment we arrived and ensured our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Special thanks to 昊诚 and 名昕 at the front office, who were always available to attend to our queries and needs with efficiency and a warm smile. The housekeeping was good, with our room cleaned and well-maintained. A special mention goes to 德叔, who took care of our laundry carefully and efficiently. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with comfortable and aesthetically pleasing rooms. Additionally, the hotel's convenient location near the metro and bus stop made exploring Beijing easy.

Room is clean & comfy. Nice environment & oriental surroundings. Staffs are overall very nice and helpful. Breakfast is great with many choices available. Abt 30 mins' drive to Summer Palace, Yuan Ming Yuan & Tshing Hua.. abt 800m from the nearest metro station. Just 1 thing to improve on.. when we arrived at the concierge at night there was no one to help with our luggages & brought us to our room.. and there was no chairs for us to sit on.. after several requests a very young lady came to help us with a little trolley to carry more than 7 luggage bags.. it made me wonder, were there no men in the hotel? Anyway it would be much better if there are chairs being placed at the concierge area 'coz the reception is quite a distance from the waiting area.

衞生：房間打掃得很乾凈，同時因為是比較新的酒店，房間維護得也還不錯，沒有異味 服務：服務是有必要好好誇誇的重點！ 前台每位員工都熱情友好，從辦理入住到幫忙使用機器人配送外賣都非常快捷高效； 走的時候想要延遲退房兩小時，也非常順利地得到解決，這點很感謝。 總之，服務非常棒，不論態度還是行動都值得肯定，有求必應，希望能保持下去！ 設施：房間設施有很多小巧思很貼心。 比如床頭有無線充電裝置，即便是沒有帶充電器也不用擔心無法充電； 水吧有咖啡和茶葉包，分別給配了茶具和一次性咖啡杯，方便差旅人士外帶； 小冰箱裏配了水。 公區的書吧設計深得我心，既美觀又實用，書不以掃碼借回房間看，簡直太棒了！

I went at night, and I decided to have a windowless room at the beginning, but the floor heating was too hot and the air conditioner was central air conditioning. Contact the front desk and the robot directly sent me a room card with windows. Very comfortable and clean. Atour's best is the pillow, and the family also bought a deep sleep pillow.

Talk about a modern and zen experience. We stumbled upon this place after arriving at midnight and our original hotel was overbooked and sold out. We wanted something close to the Qinghe Railway Station. I am glad my original hotel was overbooked because this place was and is amazing. My only complaint is I wished we stayed for afternoon tea and another night. From the tatami to the decor, and the food the only thing better was the exceptional staff. This place is located in the Taishan Courtyard which at first was confusing but we followed the GPS. There is even a playground in this courtyard with different areas for kids.

The decoration is aesthetically pleasing. There is a refrigerator in the house. The water provided is sufficient. It is really good because there are so many people. In fact, the water consumption is quite fast. The room is equipped with a whole house smart, which is also very useful. The room is also cleaned very cleanly. The hot spring will help to put water in advance. Although there are some unexpected small problems, the staff also handled them very well. The lady at the front desk will wait at the door and will take the initiative to help take the luggage to the room. Check-in is very fast, and pear soup will be automatically provided. The girls are very gentle. The housekeeper was serious and responsible during the stay. We ordered takeout and forgot to order tableware, and the housekeeper went out to buy it for us. I thought the decoration style was very good and came with my best friends. I didn’t expect the service to be first-class. It was a very satisfactory trip. I will give priority to this place next time.

The location of the hotel is very close to the subway entrance and bus station, and the transportation is very convenient. The room is quite new, with complete facilities, no smell, and good intelligence. The front desk staff were very helpful. They also gave me a free room upgrade. The breakfast was also very good. Highly recommended!
