i called the front desk lady to enquire about a package that was delivered to the hotel, but the line was cut off. i called multiple times a few times in different timing of the day because it was urgent, but the front desk lady did not pick up the call. suspect that she is avoiding the call. poor service, totally different from what i read from the comments and review. amenities sucks, the shampoo and body lotion is 2-in-1, and the hotel is located quite inside a residential area (even my didi driver lost his way out as we wanted to head to happy valley) will not recommend

Good location, very helpful and friendly stuff, clean equipped rooms. A bit strange wifi connection through the TV (it working only when TV is on)
