We are very happy and satisfied with the hotel services. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. They let us checked in earlier than scheduled. The room is very clean and smells good. The robot will send our delivery foods to our room. We would definitely recommend this hotel to all the travellers. 总的来说，我们特别满意，服务也特别棒！一定会再来的！

It was a nice stay and I would recommend to my friends and family to stay here if you’re wanting to visit the Summer Palace and the Ming Tombs. It’s nearby the metro and easy for taxi’s to find you. The breakfast was good (and HOT!), the staff were kind, the room always clean, and the lift easily accessible. I do wish the gym had different equipment but that’s a personal preference and doesn’t effect my judgement in recommending this place to people. Overall I had a really nice stay here!

Amazing hotel with extremely friendly stuff , very clean and very near to the metro station , there is plenty of free water and sodas , verg helpful and kid people , i highly recommend it to you , definitely will come again .

I had a wonderful stay at TRUE GO Hotel (Beijing Xueqing Road Agricultural University Branch) from December 27 to December 29, 2024. The staff went above and beyond by helping me with my three heavy pieces of luggage, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Their warm and attentive service truly stood out. Staff are helpful upon arrival at the hotel with a complimentary upgrade of room to one with windows. Room are clean and week maintained with free drinks provided in room and at the lobby. Front desk desk are very helpful with luggage and check in timing. Will recommend it!

Perfect stay if you are looking for a place near Tsinghua University for scouting. The staffs are quite interactive and willing to help with everything. Great hospitality.

Hotel was excellent. Provided free amnesties such as soft drinks and unlimited bottles of water. The room had advanced technology and was operated by xiaodu. Only downside was that there was no room safe and the gym was tiny.

I was given a room with no window despite booking one with windows. They fixed it for free for me after I pointed it out
