Overall, our stay was a wonderful experience. The hotel is conveniently located about a 10-minute walk from the Jiaomendong (East) metro station (Exit B, the closest exit). Near the station, there’s a large shopping mall, Intime Department Store, offering a variety of options for shopping and dining, including popular brands like KFC, Pizza Hut, Hey Tea, ChaPanda, and Starbucks, as well as local food options. I highly recommend crossing the street to Exit C (or using Exit C directly), where Wumart supermarket on the first floor has affordable souvenirs. If you walk one intersection further, you’ll find a 7-Eleven. Additionally, there’s a McDonald’s right across from the hotel, which we enjoyed. Although the hotel is somewhat far from major attractions, you can easily reach them by metro and explore the city.   The hotel offers plenty of parking spaces. The interior of the building is designed to feel cozy and inviting. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, going out of their way to assist us despite the language barrier, using a translation app to communicate. As a kind gesture, they greeted us with a cup of delicious tea, snacks, and candy. The room was spacious and convenient, featuring a balcony, refrigerator, pantry, and washing machine. There was also a microwave available at the front desk. The room was clean and well-maintained, though we occasionally detected a faint cigarette smell, even though it was a non-smoking room. The water pressure was excellent, and hot water was available instantly.   **Suggestions for Improvement:**   1. **Signage:** Since the hotel is situated  in courtyard behind the guardhouse, it took us a while to locate it. Adding English signage alongside the Chinese on the building would make it easier for international guests to find.   2. **Room Amenities:** Daily housekeeping should ensure that all items are properly replenished. We booked a room for three people but initially received only two sets of towels and bottles of water. Although the staff promptly addressed this upon request, it would be better to avoid the hassle.   3. **Room Layout:** The two large beds in our room blocked access to the wardrobe, which made it less practical.   4. **Gym Facilities:** The gym equipment was broken and unusable during our stay, which was disappointing.   Despite these minor inconveniences, we truly appreciated the hotel’s hospitality and convenience, and we look forward to staying here again in the future.

It’s a very good location. Not far from the city centre. But there’s not much to do or see in and around the hotel. Cleanliness is great. Service is great. Very helpful staff. Lovely tea in the entrance and the small tomatoes and tiny crisps were great. Staff helped with dishes too. Kitchen could be better with Microwave and/or other amenities.

Very good service. Very clean & hotel room cozy. Suitable for family. But few feedbacks: 1. Housekeeping wise to ensure amentities to be refill 2. Perhaps can have shuttle service from hotel to "Jiao Men Xi" station. Walking around 5 to 10 minutes. Riding bike around 3 minutes. It just that especially with luggage, then you might face slight difficulties.

Friendly front desk, nice breakfast and spacious room. Convinient for local food hunting and close to train station.

It is located quite near the metro station but a bit far from the attractions. But it gives off the chilling neighboorhood vibes so we really like it! The service are also nice and they got a great view from the window!

Well decorated, clean room with comfortable bed and sofa. Some more equipped with washing machine, fridge and hair dryer. Helpful and friendly staffs, complimented a cup of coffee and toiletries while checking in, accessible to subway station, restaurants and In Time Shopping Mall.

Hotel indicates no smoking but smoking is allowed in reading room. 2 lifts and one smells like rubbish all time everyday. Rooms overall clean and tidy. Location isn’t really handy to places of interest for tourist.

Location was little off from metro station, however there is nearby supermarkets and lots of restaurants. Breakfast was only Chinese which wasn’t for us. Cigarette smell was all over the hotel and our room.

Good hotel clean and good location however slightly difficult to locate better to arrive in a car or taxi first time since walk from the metro station is about 10 min walk and building is slightly inside a guarded compound.Overall satisfied and value for money

The staff at the reception was very supportive and they attended to our transport requirements very quickly. Breakfast was ok, there were several items, which I hope satisfies very one's taste. Overall our stay at the hotel was very comfortable and worth the money we spent. Highly recommend any one to stay in this hotel.

The location is quite alright, 10 minutes by walk to the nearest subway station at line 10. The room was spacious and clean.

Great hotel. Clean rooms, nice staff and close to Beijing south railway. Beds are some of the most comfortable I've found in china.
