Nice clean hotel with friendly and kind staff. Even got a gift when we left. We didn't have hot water for one evening, but that's fine.

The name of the hotel confused but it was a charming hotel which welcomed us friendly - the rooms were clean, I could work and close are resteraunts

Nice place, clean and quiet. The location is really near the metro and the capital medical university, so convenient to the uni. Recommend!!

Im a solo traveler and its my first ever trip in Beijing. The hotel room I got is cheap and is near the city center. The staff are nice and even gave me welcoming fruit.

Very friendly staff and cleaner+ Welcome fruit. There are restaurants and large marts in the shopping mall near the subway. I was satisfied this hotel.

The hotel is great. Near a mall and subway station. The small restaurant nearby offers very tasty noodles and buns. Our tab was broken and fixed immediately. Great service. The washing machines have a short wash duration to make sure to choose a long program for the clothes to get clean.

Good location and Services. All staff are very friendly, kind, and try to support me and my mom.

Very good hotel just next to the metro station and a mall. Many restaurants around. Clean a rooms without smoke in the air. Not English speaking service but great experience.

It was a small but well managed hotel in the middle of a busy section of Beijing. The room was very clean. Breakfast was very basic, but they kept the essentials different every day, so you don’t get tired of the same food every morning when you sit down on the table. There were lots of small specialty restaurants surrounding the hotel.  We also made currency exchange at a bank on the same block. A huge Wanda mall was right around the corner.  I think the best part of the hotel was the staff. They gave us personal attentions. They cared about our sleep and even our appetite at the breakfast table. They showed us how to take subways to all tour attractions in Beijing city. That saved us a lot of money.  On the day we checked out, they prepared snack boxes and bottled water to send us on our new journey.  This little hotel really made us feel like it was our home away from home.

We stayed here from 03/06/25 - 15/06/25 and had a wonderful experience, reception staff were very attentive to our needs and no11, no72 were very Exceptional and Professional in making us feel welcome, by letting us see rooms before booking and looking after us and other patrons. Location has all various restaurants outside the front door, and also underneath hotel, also Wanda Plaza and Xitieying Metro Station only 8mins walk which is very convenient to utilise the Beijing Train Network. Should i return to beijing I will have no hesitation about booking this hotel. Thank you so much for your hospitality. 👍👍👍👍

We had a pleasant stay at City Love Hotel in Beijing. The location is quite convenient—just a 30-minute subway ride to Qianmen Street, and there are plenty of shops and restaurants in the area. The room was spacious and equipped with all the basic amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. One thing to note: if your room faces the street, you might hear some traffic noise, but it wasn’t a problem for us. The hotel also offers a small gym and a laundry room, which were very useful during our stay. The best part, however, was the staff. They were extremely friendly, always eager to help, and spoke enough English to make communication easy. They frequently checked in to see if we needed anything and made us feel genuinely welcome. Overall, City Love Hotel offers great value and service—we’d definitely recommend it for a stay in Beijing.

Super nice staff (especially reception lady, who gave a suggestion of travel spot and always help during our stays), great location ( Line 14 Xitieying Station Exit C), good breakfast, comfy bed, restaurant nearby, a shopping mall just right the exit C of the metro I would suggest this hotel to my friends and would definitely stay again.
