The room is quiet small but I would stay is it normal in Beijing. At the beginning we could smell cigarettes in the toilet but we changed room and it was nice. Location is very good. It’s closed to all main tourist spots in Beijing as well as to the railway stations. Just be aware it’s not possible to get a breakfast in the hotel even though it was written that you can pay it once you arrive. I would like to emphasize that the hotel staff was very nice and helpful especially the main receptionist.

The staff is very helpful. They're patient enough to use a translator. They are happy to help with anything needed. The metro is conveniently a short walk. Lots of shopping and restaurants in walking distance. The rooms are a little small but I was ok with that for the walking convenience. There was a strange odor and cigarette smoke coming from the bathroom so I was able to change rooms. The cigarette smoke was no longer an issue but the other smell was still there. Besides that, I'd say it's a good hotel if convenience and a pleasant staff is your priority. The take away breakfast is also very good.

Really enjoyed the stay! The room is very clean and cozy. The idea of Robot for delivering orders are great! The hotel is situated in a nice quiet office area, yet only few minutes' away from the department stores and busy shopping street. Will come back again. Tks very much!
