Excellent hotel! The room was very clean, and the location was super convenient — just a short walk to the subway. It’s also close to major attractions like the Forbidden City and the National Museum of China. The breakfast had a wide variety of options to choose from. Highly recommended!

Excellent location for visiting the Forbidden City, Tiananmen, National Museum and many other attractions as they are within walkable distances or a short ride away. Wangfujing is also around the corner and within walking distance. The family room that we reserved was of a decent size for 3 person. It comes with a living area and kitchenette. This unit also comes with a washing machine, although the machine does not have drying function. The best aspect of Hotel Yoo is the service provided by the front desk staff. They were attentive and helpful. However, the condition of the room and the level of cleanliness are subpar. The room shows some wear and it's all held together by "home repair", not the level you would expect of a hotel. Parts of the floor tiling in the living area had been damage and you can tell that maintenance patch it up with some plastic over the top of the damaged tiles. It's just "plastered" over the damaged parts. The hotel owner needs to invest more in maintenance and facelift. The biggest concern would be housekeeping and cleanliness standards. It seems like our unit wasn't vacuumed on a daily basis. Either that or some areas were missed by housekeeping over our 6 nights stay. Also, the shower area was constantly clogged with hair, which impeded water drainage. Housekeeping doesn't seem to be able to spot this due to the black tiles in the shower area.

The hotel environment was very good, the facilities also good. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Good location. Front office, Alex Tang was very thoughtfull and help us a lot. Recommend to stay here

Booking this hotel through trip.com and it is the best decision i made. This hotel was superb. The room interior was very spacious, we got small pantry and toilet was so clean and modern. The staff hotel was very nice and helpful. The lobby was large and comfort . Thank you for the present when we do check out. It is so nice hospitality . I will book again this hotel when visit beijing again.

Very poor breakfast, very poor sound isolation with a lot noise from around. The wifi is poor like having nothing at all. The breakfast is disgusting and it is the first hotel serving poorest breakfast (we travel almost half of a year), been to the hotels better or worst than this, the food is the least thing we need to worry. The food is abundant in China, but I can’t imagine hotel can serve **** to customers,rather they don’t serve at all. Never come back again!

1.Location is good near the shopping street and metro station . 2.Reception is kindly for customer . 3.Breakfast is so so . 4.Water a bit smaller for shower.

Our family of four booked 2 x connecting deluxe rooms located at the upper floor. Our 4 nights stay has been most pleasant, convenient and comfortable. Location wise, the hotel is really central for what we wanted to do - just a short stroll through some interesting hutong sideroads and a beautiful park to the Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City, and to Wangfujing street for shopping, feasting and just to watch the world go by. The hotel rooms are of good size and reasonably clean - not tip-top but acceptable. The housekeeping service during our entire stay was superb. The housekeepers even provided us with additional complementary bottled drinks on the 2 days when the weather became warmer and more humid. One comment about the glass door and wall for the room toilet. It's translucent, may not be comfortable for some, but certainly no issue for my family. Lastly, the front office staff at the reception - they were most helpful and patient to answer our many naive questions about places of interest and how to book tickets and transport on the apps. Thanks especially to 小花 and 小秦. Thanks Hotel Yoo. Our short stay in Beijing has been a most memorable one. Will come back for the Peking duck and hot pot. They are so good :)

I like this hotel so much. The room and facilities are clean and stuff is corporative. The staff was really welcoming and willing to help at any time. The breakfast covered all your daily needs.

Xiangjiang Yishe Hotel, the experience is perfect, the five-star rating is well-deserved! Xiao Pan and Xiao Lei provide excellent service, the hotel's location is excellent, and it is easy to travel to all parts of the city. Whether you want to visit popular attractions or stay at the business center, you will have no worries about travel or daily life.

Its very clean and comfortable hotel. Service was good. We came early in the morning. However at that time there were no available room, while we are waiting at lobby hotel gives us room before check in time. I liked the little garden between the hotel building.

Little Wang Xiaohua at the hotel front desk is very good, very enthusiastic, attitude is very good, the hygiene is very clean, is close to the scenic spot, to Tiananmen Square, the Forbidden City is very convenient, the overall is very comfortable.

At a very central location, walking distance to the forbidden city and tian an men square. Metro station is close by. The environment inside the hotel is particularly beautiful, and the facilities are also very good, worth promoting.
