Unfortunately this hotel doesn’t look like the pictures..the room was dirty (hairs and crumbles here and there) and had to ask for towels not provided. Location was ok but 10 min drive from water town so it’s not inside how the name suggest!

This place is very nice and convenient. Location was good. The only problem is that it’s not well maintained no one was there when we arrived and when we left. All in all, nice experience and definitely would book again

First of all I should say the lady who is in charge is a very nice woman and helped us with everything we asked as soon as she could. She even came to pick up us at Gubei Wtown after I texted her and told her there was no taxi or cars on hailing apps to return to the hotel. It’s a forty minute walk and it was a very cold night so I really appreciate her kindness. On the other hand, I think they should fix some stuff in the room, like the shower drain, air conditioning (it was cold air mainly) and them generally the service to provide a better stay for their guests.

Very simple hotel, friendly staff

Two families traveled to Miyun together and chose Shanyushu B&B. The service was warm and thoughtful. It was the third day of the Chinese New Year and there were delicious meals every day. It was really lucky. We could sing and play chess and cards. The room was clean and tidy. I have a chance to go back in summer to feel the tranquility and romance of the mountains.

I booked it online. I was so lucky to get such a cost-effective house. I thought it might not be very good before I went there, and I was a little hesitant. After I arrived, I found the environment unexpectedly beautiful and the service was very warm. The boss was very gentle and thoughtful. I didn't think it was so cold after entering. The house was very clean. The suburbs in winter also have different beautiful scenery. I strongly recommend it.

The B&B is located by the mountain stream. It is very quiet at night and suitable for a family vacation. If you get up early in the morning, you can see the sun slowly climbing up the hillside. It is a very down-to-earth location with complete facilities. You can sing karaoke after dinner in the evening. There is also an area for children to play. The children had a lot of fun. It is worth visiting again. Next time I plan to call my bestie's family to bring the children along. The proprietress is beautiful and kind, and the service is thoughtful. She will come whenever you call. It feels like home. It was a great experience.

I took my kids to Gubei Water Town for a weekend trip. I booked a homestay online. I didn't expect the environment to be so good. The kids liked it very much. The room was bright and transparent. The sanitary conditions were excellent. I stayed here for one night. It was so comfortable. It was also very close to the water town. It was a very satisfying vacation. I must give it a thumbs up.

After identification, it is really not a farmhouse, not a homestay in the village, Shanyushu is a high-end hotel in the village, I heard there are several villas! Eat, stay and play one-stop, Shanyushu also has a high-end restaurant, breakfast is great, barbecue is also very tasty, not bad, tastes great. The B&B I booked online has a good environment, is clean and sanitary, and the food is delicious. My family and children eat very comfortably. The service staff has a good attitude. I will book this B&B again next time. It is worth recommending!
