Probably the worst St. Regis experience I’ve ever had. I was excited to come here with my girlfriend after staying in the Shenzhen st. Regis for almost 3 weeks, which was fantastic. This hotel is the worst, the room was old the staff was rude (inconceivable for st. Regis) and the service was sub par. Stay elsewhere… you’re welcome.

Stayed at the St. Regis Beijing twice in one month, what a surprise! The room is very cozy, and the 24-hour housekeepers Leah and Miya are very considerate. I also received a gift when I checked out, which is full of details. Both the environment and the service are impeccable, and I will continue to choose next time

Thank you to Leah, the hotel butler, for the great service. The beverage butler is available 24 hours a day, and the drinks include coffee, black tea, hot chocolate, and green tea. This is rare in other hotels. Because I thought it would be very tiring to have fun on the day of the Universal Studios, I chose the St. Regis with hot springs, where I could soak in the hot springs to relieve fatigue. The geographical location is relatively advantageous, but the room facilities need to be improved. Some of the sockets are not powered, maybe the hotel was built earlier. Free upgrade to the Diplomatic Deluxe King Room of more than 50 square meters, facing Chang'an Avenue to the south and sunny, with warm and considerate 24-hour butler service, welcome fruits and rich breakfast, and the swimming pool is warm and the hot spring is clean.
