Hotel Review: JW Marriott Beijing I recently had the pleasure of staying at the JW Marriott Hotel in Beijing for two nights, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment I walked in, I was struck by the warm atmosphere and the delightful scent that filled the air. The hotel has a welcoming vibe that instantly makes you feel at home. Rooms The rooms were absolutely lovely—spotlessly clean and well-appointed. It was a joy to return to such a comfortable space after a day of exploring the city. Customer Service One of the standout features of my stay was the exceptional customer service. Gethin, the front desk clerk, went above and beyond to ensure my experience was perfect. His kindness and helpfulness from check-in to check-out truly made my stay memorable. Dining Don't miss out on the breakfast buffet! It offered a fantastic variety of delicious options and was definitely worth it. Starting the day with such a delightful meal set a positive tone for my adventures in Beijing. Overall, my experience at the JW Marriott was fantastic. If you're looking for a hotel with great rooms, amazing service, and delicious food, look no further! I can't wait to return.

Dear Marriott, Hello! I recently stayed at the JW Marriott Hotel Beijing Central Park. I would like to provide some feedback regarding my experience during this stay. Last weekend, due to home renovations, I was unable to do my laundry at home, so I chose to stay at your hotel. On the day of my arrival, I checked in between 3:00 and 4:00 PM and immediately requested laundry service, opting for the express service and agreeing to pay an additional 50% fee. However, I was informed by the laundry service that since the laundry department closes at 7:00 PM, my clothes could only be delivered to my room the next morning at 11:00 AM. I find this situation very confusing. If your hotel offers an express service and charges an additional fee, why can't the clothes be returned within the promised time on the same day? According to your hotel's policy, the express service should be completed within 5 hours, yet I was unable to receive my clothes on the day of my check-in. This means that in order to use the express service, I would need to check in before 2:00 PM; otherwise, my needs would not be met due to the early closing of the laundry department. This leads me to question whether the express service at your hotel is genuinely functional. Additionally, during my stay, I noticed that the pillows in the room had an unpleasant odor, which made me suspect that they had not been properly replaced after the previous guest. The USB charging port on the wall was also broken. I am very disappointed with these issues. I would like an explanation as to why I encountered these problems as a guest paying RMB 1,500 per night. The hotel was absolutely amazing, especially the staff, Gethin Liu, he was super friendly and helpful and made the check in process so much easier. Will definitely come back.

Horrible facilities ,toilet leaking water and lights cannot turn off, really the worst hotel I ever stayed

In general it is good experience and the location is convenient and have many stores nearby

Overall an ok hotel with ok service .ti be fair didn’t engage much bec only stayed two days .room was abit smaller but then Beijing hotels are expensive..

It was an amazing experience during the golden week in china . Everything was perfect , staff in Marriott was friendly and welcoming specially Lucy LI their Assistant Front Desk Manager . I advise you to book in this hotel . The location is perfect and close to all commodities that you want to visit . ♥️🌹

This hotel is excellent. The level of service is high and the rooms are cozy and rather big. Due to the relatively low price, this is one of the best choices in this area. Our room was at the 5th floor but there was no street noise during night time. The only minus was that the complimentary parking time was just 12 hours during the Golden week holiday (normally only 6 hours!)

The bed was extremely comfortable. The room was spacious and clean. Hotel exceeded my expectations was spotless the staff was amazing

My stay at JW Marriott was excellent, thanks to Elaine at the front desk. Her professionalism and warm service made check-in smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend for the outstanding staff like her!
