The hotel’s location was convenient—right in front of the metro, which made getting around easy. The rooms were clean and modern, which I appreciated. However, I was surprised to find that there was no bidet, which felt like a strange omission for a hotel of this standard. What stood out the most was the lack of assistance at the main entrance. I had multiple pieces of luggage and a child with me, and there was no one to help with bags. For a hotel at this level, I would have expected at least some basic porter service or assistance at the door. Overall, decent stay, but the lack of support on arrival definitely left a disappointing first impression.

As there is a subway station right in front of the hotel, it is very convenient to commute to different places of Beijing via the subway system. Location is the best selling point of this hotel.

From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm welcome and impeccable service that you and your team provided. One of the most notable experiences I had during my stay was the prompt and efficient assistance I received with a number of issues that arose. I was particularly impressed by the way in which your staff went above and beyond to resolve my concerns. For example, when I encountered a problem with a parcel delivery, your team quickly sprang into action and ensured that the matter was resolved to my complete satisfaction. Additionally, when I discovered a small issue with the bath vasin in my room, your maintenance staff was immediately dispatched and the problem was fixed without delay. I would also like to take this opportunity to specifically mention two of your exceptional staff members, Angela and her manager. Both of these individuals went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Angela, who was my front desk representative, was incredibly helpful and attentive, answering all of my questions and addressing any concerns I had with a smile and a friendly demeanor. In conclusion, I cannot thank you and your team enough for the outstanding service and hospitality that I received during my recent stay at Swissotel HK Macau Centre Beijing. Fantastic stay, comfortable and very good breakfast. Would recommend for staff efficiency, cleanliness and excellent location.

Service is so poor that had it not been for its relatively low room rate, I would’ve opt for somewhere else. The receptionist is like robot, other staffs ain’t any better. Either clueless to client’s query or slow to respond.

Excellent location. Central and short walking distance away from metro. Breakfast spread is amazing.

Nice hotel located directly next to Dongsishitiao Station, which can link to many places of attraction in Beijing. Housekeeping is top notch and hotel room is very clean with modern styling. Hotel breakfast is delicious with some Swiss food as well. I will definitely return if I ever go back to Beijing!

Very little people in this hotel, but overall nice hotel and convenient

Close to the nearest subway station. Can early check-in. The staff will make up your room everyday without telling them to do so.

The location is great

Very clean hotel and quiet hotel. Unfortunately the Air condition was already turned off even it was still 25 degrees outside temperature so the room was a bit too warm. Bathroom a bit small. Overall a good hotel.

I recently stayed at The Swissotel Beijing Hong Kong Macau Center and it was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and impeccable service. The room was spacious for 2 persons and clean. Aircon can be warm & stuffy and can't do anything about it as it is centrally controlled. Public transport is a breeze with the metro station right in front of the hotel. While the hotel is not located at the city center, it is good enough for us given the metro station 2 mins away. Some eatries and 7/11 behind the hotel.
