Very unfriendly staff. Not helpful towards foreigners. Very difficult checking in. Would not recommend. Rooms are beautiful and the hotel is clean and pretty, but did not feel welcome at all.

It was a nice experience overall. The hotel is very clean and good front desk staffs. The staffs are really helpful and have a nice gestures. Leo Ma at the hotel helped me to arrange the tour to nearby attractions and he speaks English quite well. 👍
