Old fashioned and outdated. Bathroom was a bit smelly and dirty. Water pressure slow and water flow into toilet flushing really slow. Bathroom door hardly to close. Need to lift it up. Mattress are hard spring

The room did not look like the pictures shown, it was quite disgusting, the floor was nasty. The walls and roof decaying, the bathroom was filthy, cockroaches. You can't show a false picture of a room then give me this. It's unacceptable.

Good location Good service There are many convenient stores nearby. The room is small old and a bit smelly. But the price is good.

We had a good stay. The room was what you pay for it's small, but it was clean and had nice things provided like a kettle and towels. This was our first time visiting, if I was going again I would stay closer to the Bell Tower as we found more happening in that area. Although right by the hotel there was really good and cheep restaurants and it's just a 8 minute walk the the underground.

Poor maintenance and facilities in the room - TV not working, spoilt main door lock & bathroom lock, irregular water heating level (sometimes became very hot or very cold), leaking water shower head, water retention at bathroom floor, low water pressure, 2 faulty switch socket (2-pin socket), etc Poor housekeeping - dirty chair/table, bedsheet not tidied daily at all over 8-night stay, no floor map outside bathroom to avoid wetting room floor (despite requesting for it), no body shampoo check for top up daily (had to request for top-up twice over 8-night stay),etc Others - counter staff not able to speak in English (best to mark hotel as "for local only" similar with other hotels), unfriendly counter staff except for the Manager who is quite accommodating, etc (Tried uploading photos but unable to display)
