I didn't want to give a penny, I was so angry that I arrived at the middle of the night and there was no front desk. I found the hotel address, and the lobby duty said there was no apartment upstairs. Later, Ctrip customer service solved the problem perfectly, but I still need to place an order on a foreign website

Excellent location in Central Beijing and great value. Owner is very helpful and nice. We would definitely stay here again.

The location is great, but everything else is beyond words... The sanitation is terrible, and the facilities are incredibly run-down. There were blood stains on the bedding, and hair and cigarette butts were all over the bed. The toilet was incredibly small, the bathroom smelled, and the mattress was sagging... Oh my god, I'm never staying here again. If I didn't have a family with elderly parents and children, I would have changed hotels immediately! The only person who was friendly throughout my stay was the receptionist. I can't recommend anything else. I didn't take any pictures. Honestly, I really didn't want to. They're unsightly... I don't want to taint my phone.

Very good location, beautiful views of the city, well-equipped, and spacious. One bed is really uncomfortable with a very thin mattress.
Communication with the host was difficult because the phone number listed on trip.com didn't have WeChat.
Arriving early (1 p.m.), we were able to drop off our bags before check-in at 2 p.m., however, cleaning wasn't finished, and we had to wait until the end of the day to use the apartment.
We also had difficulty finding the building because security personnel refused to let us in even though we were in the right place.

The boss was very nice. The room was spacious, fast, and well-lit. We arrived at the hotel after 12:00 PM, and the child was already asleep. The boss came out to pick us up and helped with our luggage. It was really heartwarming to have someone to help us in a foreign place. Thank you 💞
