住了一個月，説點真實感受。
設施：房間還是寬敞的，優點是有冰箱、洗衣機、電磁爐、微波爐。缺點也很明顯房間整體比較老舊。
衞生：每天都有正常的打掃，但是可以很明顯的看出，房間灰塵很大。窗簾應該是有時日沒換了，一拉陽光下都是浮沉，寫字枱、櫃子表面每天都要自己擦。
環境：位置出行比較方便
服務：重點説説服務，可以説迄今為止住過同檔次裏服務墊底的了，讓人懷疑老闆是欠薪嗎？為什麼能碰到這麼多奇葩經歷。
1️⃣完全沒有禮賓服務，因為住的時間比較長，搬的東西多，入住當天連行李車甚至都需要客人自己每個樓層去找，然後自己推上推下。
2️⃣備品更新，瓶裝水補給不能保證每天按房間定量補充。因為晚上回來比較晚，一個月中至少有三次甚至沒有補充瓶裝水，浴帽，牙膏，掛耳咖啡甚至需要給客房留言才給補充，整的最後我們都不好意思寫留言條了，簡直倒反天罡。
3️⃣停車登記，優點是可以免費停車，但是登記車牌號可要費點勁，總枱電話經常打不通，不是佔線就是沒人接，接電話的女生一般服務態度比較好，但是有一兩位男士，總感覺少了他百八十萬，有幾回印象深刻的：先是問房間號，然後用輕蔑的語氣説，“啊 是公寓啊…”；有一次明明接通了，非讓我撥另外的號碼登記；還有一次，我們確實打的比較晚因為回來晚了，大概十點多，好不容易打通佔線已久的電話，百般阻撓跟我們説衹能登記15分鐘內出停車場的車，然而我們住了那麼多天，就那天臨時改了規則嗎？要不是怕第二天一早打不通電話，我們也不想晚上打這個電話，最後還是我強烈要求給我登記車牌號才勉為其難的給**作的。（所以也知道了為什麼經常佔線了吧，明明幾十秒能解決的問題，非要演起來）
4️⃣退房後的插曲，因為落了一些口罩，第二天家人去酒店附近辦事順便去問了一下前台，前台也是百般不配合，家人衹是擔心客房打掃不到位，影響後續入住的客人。
最近酒店在裝修，半夜到早上6.7點都是沒有水的，改善硬件的同時，建議老闆好好加強服務意識培訓。

This is a good place to stay for a business trip. It is convenient for transportation and there are many restaurants nearby. You don't have to go too far. The room is OK and big. The girl at the front desk provided good service. However, there is no 24-hour front desk. It is cost-effective and I recommend it.
