Rujia Huayi Select Hotel (Beijing Guozhan Xibahe Subway Station)

I checked in around 2:30 PM, probably after 2 PM. My flight landed at 12:40 PM, and was four minutes late. The journey from the airport to the hotel took an hour, and I was delayed. The front desk was disgusting. As an excuse, I was given a larger room with two walkways and one staircase. Because the front desk was re-upgrading the room, there was trash from the previous guest. I called the cleaning staff and asked them to clean it up first. It took about half an hour to an hour. The floor wasn't cleaned properly, so I decided to forget it. I'd stay out of the house and not cause any trouble. I left at 4:30 PM and returned at 10:30/11 PM. I spent half an hour washing up and getting ready for bed, but I noticed a stinky duvet cover. I use disposable sheets, and the smell was so unpleasant through them that I decided to avoid touching them directly. From 1 a.m. to 4 a.m., I could hear the neighbors walking and laughing, and the occasional clatter of people passing by. I slept and woke up, wearing noise-canceling earmuffs, and the cycle finally broke out. I contacted Ctrip to complain at around 4 a.m. Ctrip contacted the front desk, but at 5 a.m. they called me privately and said they wanted to negotiate. I flatly refused. I didn't have the energy to move rooms and stuff at 5 a.m. after a sleepless night. Ctrip offered to extend my checkout to 2 a.m., but I declined because I had plans the next day and couldn't stay until the afternoon. I couldn't sleep all day at the hotel. Ctrip told me the hotel manager started work at 9 a.m., but I said I hadn't seen him. I slept for five hours, woke up at 10 a.m., packed my things, and checked out at 10:30 or 11 a.m. I had originally planned to stay for two nights, but they just threw their card on the table and left. I really don't want to be polite to someone I shouldn't be polite to. Later, Ctrip representatives called me repeatedly, but I didn't answer because I was on my way to a new hotel and meeting friends. The Ctrip call I received was from the hotel that I checked in early in the morning. If my flight didn't have a specific check-in time, how could anyone verify my check-in time? I wanted to complain repeatedly, and the government kept calling me. A hotel with such a makeshift team actually needs platform control. They've done such a poor job, yet there are so few negative reviews on the platform. Ultimately, the platform compensated me. It's so infuriating. Later, on social media, I discovered that Huayi had received numerous complaints, but most people chose to keep their anger to themselves and then post on social media to avoid criticism. I was furious, but I've since calmed down a bit. Regardless of whether or not this is bullying against outsiders, I'm doing my best to let more people know about Huayi's behavior. Frankly, only in Beijing would this be tolerated. If it were in Jiangsu or Shanghai, it would have closed down long ago.
