all good from check-in until check-out. we had great stay. easy to go to Mutianyu Great Wall. They let us postpone our stay for half day because we cannot check-out on the time given eventhough we got free Late check-out until 2pm from Trip 🤩. the best part is i accidentally left my card holder with all my cards; my ID card. i reach thru Trip.com message and able to contact them and they are very kind n super helpful to send my stuff back to my country my postage. Thank you all staff at this hotel. and also Trip.com team for helping me by phonecall.

We loved this hotel! Service and hotel staff 10/10, we got upgraded and the room was amazing. Perfect after a long day of hiking! The breakfast in the morning was good as well. We highly recommend this place!

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. My booking didn't include breakfast, when I mentioned this to the front desk staff, he told me "just go ahead to eat. No need to pay". I was truly moved by the hospitality! This hotel really deserves recommendation!
