Hilton Garden Inn Beijing Temple of Heaven East Gate Station Reviews

I arrived 5hrs before check-in and the staff were happy to store my luggage for the time being. When I returned they allowed me to check-in an hour early! The room was fantastic. Super clean, great amenities and modern design. A few minutes after accessing my room, a staff member knocked on my door with a food platter as a welcome gift which was a lovely gesture! Staff spoke basic English but were always friendly and happy to assist. My stay was virtually faultless, but just a few points to mention: - I went in November when the weather was cool, but the room temperature was 30+°C and the air con didn’t seem to have any effect, but maybe this was my error… - I stayed 3 nights and on my final night I received a call from reception saying I didn’t get breakfast the following morning (I think this was the message, although there could’ve been a language error). This wasn’t a problem for me as I was checking-out before breakfast, but I’d be a bit confused if I was intending to stay for breakfast as I’d already paid for it? - The nearest metro stations are a 15/20 min walk away Overall, a very comfortable stay and great value for money!

Hotel is clean and as advertised. Staff are friendly too, and located conveniently w the attractions around Beijing.

We are a family of 3 travelers. We find that the hotel is good and clean and safe. It’s nice!

Great hotel and location, modern clean room. Only bad thing was air conditioner wouldnt cool due to change of season they wouldnt turn to cooling mode. Room was constant 26.4 degrees which made it uncomfortable to sleep at night.

Hotel is refurbished. But the room design isn’t comfortable, the washbasin is located in the living area, not in the bathroom! If you window face the railway you can hear the noises from trains. Reception don’t speak English or a very little..

The hotel is easy to find, just by the road~ The Temple of Heaven mosaic in the lobby is pretty nice~ The room is quite big and very comfortable, the mattress and pillow make you sleep even happier~ The service is great, takeaways can be delivered by robots, and the cleaning is also very clean every day~ The only pity is that it is a little far from the attractions and subway stations, but fortunately you can take a taxi to get in and out, which is very convenient... If you stay here, you can go to the nearby Longtan Park for a stroll. There is an ice rink and temple fair recently~ You can go to Yaer Li Ji for dinner, which is not bad and quite affordable~

Celebrated birthday and New Year's Eve at the hotel with friends. The room was very clean and the curtains were very effective in blocking out light. The hotel provides breakfast, I like it💕. Takeout can be delivered upstairs by robot, which is quite convenient.
