Very nice hotel with a great location. The staff were very kind, especially the cleaning ladies! The only downside was the laundry — there are only two washing machines and two dryers, which isn’t enough for the number of guests, so we had to queue. Other than that, it was a pleasant experience, and I would definitely go back.

I arrived 5hrs before check-in and the staff were happy to store my luggage for the time being. When I returned they allowed me to check-in an hour early! The room was fantastic. Super clean, great amenities and modern design. A few minutes after accessing my room, a staff member knocked on my door with a food platter as a welcome gift which was a lovely gesture! Staff spoke basic English but were always friendly and happy to assist. My stay was virtually faultless, but just a few points to mention: - I went in November when the weather was cool, but the room temperature was 30+°C and the air con didn’t seem to have any effect, but maybe this was my error… - I stayed 3 nights and on my final night I received a call from reception saying I didn’t get breakfast the following morning (I think this was the message, although there could’ve been a language error). This wasn’t a problem for me as I was checking-out before breakfast, but I’d be a bit confused if I was intending to stay for breakfast as I’d already paid for it? - The nearest metro stations are a 15/20 min walk away Overall, a very comfortable stay and great value for money!

Honestly, this was one of the worst stays in a Hotel in China we've had. First of all: PLEASE BE CAREFUL BOOKING THIS. Were double charged by the hotel. Our trip ended more than three weeks ago and to this day, we have not gotten a refund for the deposit (that was paid before arrival). We have tried contacting the hotel many times, no reaction. They also seem not to co-operate well with trip.com. Furthermore: In general the hotel is ok, nothing special, but does the job for a city trip. The service however was horrible. We were a family staying there all together. We had chosen this hotel mainly for the reason of it offering a room for 3 people. So we booked a double room with an extra bed, for three people. We definitely wish, we hadn't. Not only was the room not prepared for three people upon arrival, it took FOUR trips to the reception desk in several hours until they provided the additional bed. They did NOT provide additional towels, though, which needed an extra trip down to reception every day. At breakfast, my family members were told that one person could not have breakfast, it was only for 2 (we have booked and PAID for 3). Because nobody in this hotel speaks english, these situations were actually uncomfortable as seemed unsolvable for everyone and I (only Chinese speaker) had to run around solving them. Not the hospitality we were expecting or used to in China in general. The refund issue remains to this day.

Horrible stay! - Clean and big room - No English staff (false advertising) - No AC, 30c at nigh! (false advertising) - Extremely high costs due to there false advertising. We wouldn’t have come if we had known it would be a mess. - They told us to wait two days before room temperature would come down. We told the staff about the AC. They said the advertisement doesn’t say that, we showed them it did. After that they said the AC works by blowing in air from outside but that’s a lie, it was only warm air. Also that’s not a AC! They told us to wait for two days. This is absolute nonsense, we wouldn’t have booked a room this price with no AC. This doesn’t deserve the Hilton name, don’t come here!

Hotel is clean and as advertised. Staff are friendly too, and located conveniently w the attractions around Beijing.

Good services in overall, especially customer services named Li Jia Lu (Lulu) very helpful and assist us to call teksi and arrange with the teksi driver. Big thanks to her. Hotel very clean and feel comfortable.

Great hotel and location, modern clean room. Only bad thing was air conditioner wouldnt cool due to change of season they wouldnt turn to cooling mode. Room was constant 26.4 degrees which made it uncomfortable to sleep at night.

Hotel is refurbished. But the room design isn’t comfortable, the washbasin is located in the living area, not in the bathroom! If you window face the railway you can hear the noises from trains. Reception don’t speak English or a very little..

The hotel's facilities are very good. Located approximately 1.5 km from the subway station, it is in an area with some good restaurant options. The rooms and common areas of the hotel were clean and well-kept. The service is friendly and communication in English is a bit difficult, but everyone is very helpful in meeting our needs. The breakfast is delicious. I recommend trying the noodles prepared on the spot. Be careful with the pepper! There could be more TV channels in English, but it's good to avoid spending too much time watching TV. We also couldn't sync the TV with our cell phone. Overall, we highly recommend it!!

The overall hotel experience is very good. The waiters are very warm and thoughtful. The only problem is that the mirror in the washbasin in the room is that it is too high. I am 158cm tall and I am not too short. I can only see my head. The water flow from the faucet is not large, it is very small. Washing your face is not comfortable at all. The whole washbasin design is flawed.
