The rooms were clean, and the bedding was very comfortable. Breakfast offered both Chinese and Western options, and the front desk staff delivered it to the room promptly. They also provided complimentary coffee, tea, and sour plum juice. The front desk team was exceptionally attentive and always did their best to accommodate guests' requests. A big bonus was the free shuttle service to Universal Studios.

The staff even gives out toys, and there are people in Panda costumes walking around the restaurant to greet the kids and take pictures, which means a lot to them! We were also grateful for the upgrade from a queen-size bed to a king-size bed, as it provided us with more space to sleep comfortably with two toddlers. Kids eat breakfast for free, and the food was excellent! The dumplings were a highlight, along with a variety of options including bacon, different egg dishes, baozi, porridge, egg tarts, cakes, bread, rice, and salads. If you're planning a trip to Universal Studios Singapore, the hotel offers a shuttle bus in the morning at 8 and 9 AM, with a return service at 10:30 PM.
