Lombok Beach Hotels

"The hotel offers good service, with a lovely pool and bar area on the beach. Breakfast was great with a big choice in it's buffet. If you are family with small children then it's suitable, but I would not recommend it to couples or solo traveller's looking for solitude and relaxation. It's noisy not only from the pool but loud speakers spoilt the sanctuary of the room and recreational areas. The beach in front of the hotel has many hawkers awaiting hotel patrons to sell their merchandise who bother the patrons who attempt to enjoy the sea. The hotel was grand in its day, but little has been done to keep it up to date."

"Loads of potential and most of the staff are friendly and try their best. The resort could focus on training their employees so that they can deliver services on a more higher level. They are able to do their jobs but it's very basic and doesn't fit the brand image that they are trying to portray. The food quality was not of high standard and when the hotel is not full they cold probably provide a set menu for breakfast. It may not be as good at first, but for reducing food wastage and food related health it could be beneficial. Our stomachs weren't happy when we ate at the resort because of this. For staff, you can empower your workforce by rather having a few people who are highly skilled but in a variety of areas. Maybe doing family weekends and have a kids club going to get younger families witih kids under 12 to come, as I feel like this is a great resort for young families since the beach is calm and the pools are set up like that. There is a massive area on the one side of the common area that could possibly have a play area with a little crafts centre going. The location is far from most places so if the resort focused on uplifting this would probably help a lot. It really has a lot of potential."

"The location of the hotel is very good. And the rooms and houses are also very nice. The downside is the horrible personal. They are not client oriented and hotel do not provide good level of service. First day when we arrived at the hotel we booked gili island tour with them. Booking from hotel you expect high level of service, but this was the worst excursion I have ever been to! First they not wanted to provide things they promised - no snorkelling exuipment, no towels. Water they not provided for whole day and the boat was horrible - with no stairs to get back on it after you jump in the water to snorkel. My husband needed to pull me up from hands on the boat as I could not get there without stairs on my own. From 3 islands we saw only 1. When we came to first island they sag it is too big currant and when we asked to go walking instead little bit in gili travangan - they not let us out. We saw Only gili menu. The last island also was with strong currant and we not saw it. When asked to bring to first island to walk, they asked us to pay additional. After this they offered us waterfall excursion eith reduced price, but in the end when we were taken to waterfalls we needed to pay additional for guide and entry. In the end can say - do not book any excursions with them as they cheat all the time. Massage in hotel also weak. And coackroaches are often comming to room. In the end we have not good aftertaste after this hotel visit. In the picture we added the person who is responsible for excursions and does cheating for tourists."

"Very great service from the staffs, everyone was friendly and helpful. Even before I arrived, the communication with the staff through WhatsApp was helpful.  The view from our room was breathtaking. One thing to note is there were quite a few rove beetles found in our room especially the balcony area (we went when it was rainy season).  The area of the room is large, even with added bed, we did not feel cramped at all. The toilet area is also large and clean, with the toilet and shower area separated with doors. The towels given are clean and fluffy.  Breakfast was amazing! All the food that we tried are delicious. (It is an a la carte type of breakfast) All in all, we were very satisfied with our stay here and will definitely stay here again if we visit Lombok."

"The resort was pure luxury after island life! The hotel room was stunning and spotless, and it was wonderful to sleep in clean sheets. The open-air bathroom was amazing! I enjoyed the pool area and its views towards the sea. I had delicious meals at the restaurant while gazing at the ocean and listening to its soothing sounds. So relaxing! I also tried the hotel spa, and the massage was absolutely wonderful. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I truly enjoyed my stay here. I only stayed for one night, so I can’t comment on the location. 10/10."

"Its located at good location, 10 mins walk to convenient store. Its at sengigi but far away from other hotels, 15-20 mins easy hill walk to other restaurants. Theres a seafood restaurant nearby, but hotel restaurant is good enough with reasonable price. Bfast is ala carte and great. Beach is good but not for swimming. Pool area is great. We rent scooters from hotel arranged service. Its less than an hour drive to jetty to go Gili island. Not the best sunset area but sunset is one of the best ever. There are only few bungalows in whole hotel. Very quiet and i had a great experience in lombok, highly recommended and would definitely come back again for sure. Staffs are great and very helpful and friendly."

"I stayed for 4 nights at the resort and it was amazing. Everyone was welcoming and attentive to my every needs. I got the room with sunset view and despite the rainy season I was able to enjoy it. I love all the services available in the hotel (as mentioned on the website). I didn’t have to get out. I had a great spa treatment, the food at the resort was yummy as well as the cocktails. The resort can answer to your every needs. All the reviews were spot on. The chef even accommodated some changes I asked for. I should I have booked for a longer stay. The view is peaceful and relaxing. The room was spacious, the bed soft and I enjoyed sleeping in it. Love the bedside story and biscuits left every night. I like hearing the sound of the waves, I was at peace and got all the rest I needed during my stay. Thanks you so much for making my stay such amazing and wonderful moment."

"I had an amazing stay in this resort. The room was beautiful big and clean. It had a porch with an access to swimming pool to share with two other rooms. Apart the main pool and restaurant area in from of the beach was just great. I stayed on my own for two days and would’ve love to extend my stay longer. All the staff was so attentive and helpful and so friendly. I will recommend it to anyone, specially couples of families… but for solo travelers looking to some quiet and relaxing time is also perfect. Will try to come back again"

"Nice structure with beautiful pool in front of the sea but there is no beach except when there is low flood. Breakfast is not rich and repeated but good. nice staff. spacious but not very clean room, good cleaning. Hair dryer on request at reception without extra payments and two bottles of water per day free."
