It was good and clean hotel the view not that much but facility is good some how the swimming pool bigger than the bath-top little 😂 but still get 7 out of 10 in batumi

This is not a 4* hotel. These are apartments in a residential complex. The room is normal with a balcony, new and quite clean. There is a mini kitchen and a washing machine. There was no drinking water or basic kitchen items (salt, dish sponge, detergent). The location is good. Next to the sea, a park and a mall within walking distance. The airport is nearby The breakfasts are modest. For some reason, everything that should be hot is cold. They cook in advance. The only tasty thing is tea. This is a good 2* apart-hotel.

The room is nice and spacious with kitchen and facilities. It is far from the beach, but it is impossible to see the sea. There is a supermarket nearby which is very convenient.

Overall a normal hotel, good location. Of the minuses: - when booking it was stated that parking is free, but it is paid - there is a construction site nearby, in the morning you will wake up with the builders 😁 - breakfast in a neighboring hotel and very mediocre, I would even say not tasty - upon arrival, we spent a lot of time searching for payment in the hotel system - in the morning there was a water outage altogether

The room is well-equipped with bathrobes, slippers and Wi-Fi. It’s quite cozy.

Maximum recommendation

Spent a few days at WYN Residences in Batumi. Check-in was smooth, the room was clean, and the view was beautiful. It takes about 15 mins ride to get to Batumi’s city center from the hotel, which is convenient for exploring. Overall, it was a relaxing stay and a solid option if you’re visiting the area.

This is not a hotel. It is only a residency. Without room services. Room service is every 3 days. It is a 3 star residency. They can not talk in English. There is no breakfast. You need to go in another residency with a very limited item only egg and chess and...

I totally recommend to stay in Wyn Residence. If you're looking for the apartment in Batumi then this place is the best choice. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. All the staff is very helpfull and proffessional. You can go on the beach in 5 minutes.

Beautiful and comfortable place, the staff is very helpful, the rooms are clean and tidy, price is also acceptable, new repair.. My stay was amazing, there is 24/7 market and pharmacy too next to the building, which is the most important if you are long stayer, I recommended it to everyone.

Complex is completely new, apartment was very comfy, clean and equipped with all necessary things , including bathrobes and slippers ... Staff was very very helpful . location is near the sea and there are also grocery and pharmacy around....To reach the city center or other places is very easy ,as in 5 minutes a walk there is a bus stop.
