Wonderful hotel, comfortable room and bed. The pool upstairs is warm, beautiful! But it works until 18. We didn't know and didn't have time, and it doesn't work early in the morning. The staff is wonderful. They surprised us with a welcome cake! The breakfast is good. In general, we recommend it!

It's only been open for about 2 years, so it's neat and tidy, but the soundproofing was terrible. We were on the 3rd floor by the pool, so we could hear children's voices all day, and at night we could hear the voices of neighbors, footsteps from the floor above, and even the voices from the hallway facing the entrance to our room, so it was noisy until late at night. Also, the room layout was inconvenient and the TV was installed crookedly. Based on the above, we judge this to be a new 3-star hotel.

First time staying at this hotel with family and so far the service is very satisfying and for a 4-star hotel the price of food and f&b promos offered are quite attractive and very affordable. The taste of the food is also very good, besides almost every room hallway smells fragrant and the housekeeping and concierge services are very fast. There is also free valet parking for those who are lazy to look for parking. In addition, they also have a free shuttle car to take us to the car park for those who don't want valet. In terms of room comfort, overall good and above average. You can also use Netflix and YouTube in the room so the kids feel at home in the room. For the skyhill, the view and place are so awesome, very suitable for those who want to chill and relax without having to leave the hotel. So it's really worth a try and will come back again soon! First time to Golden Hill, all the employees are really from the house... The parking lot is indeed far, but it has been handled by all the hotel employees. So when checking in, the car is parked by the hotel employees. Likewise when checking out, the car is on standby in front 😍

The hotel is good. The internet is fast. There is valet parking. Parking is in the building next door, there is only free valet and the service is okay. The food on the 8th floor is delicious. Especially the spaghetti.
