Checked into Pinetree Hotel in Batu Pahat on my birthday. Reception staff was quick to notice my birthday on my passport & wished me happy birthday. Though no freebies given, it was still a nice gesture. 😁 The stay was value for money. Room was spacious & clean, except the water in the shower seemed to flow too slow, suspect there's some clog. It's a bit further away from old town where most popular local eats are, so we always had to book Grab to get there.

Tiny room and underground carpark. Beware if you are SUV car, prefer to park at outdoor carpark, there is height limitation for underground carpark. Overall is good and worth for the money. Nice stay.

Location can be considered good located in the town center. Easy for transit using a grab car.

Year the hotel and morning breakfast is ok I stay for two days here even it is Ramadan but the breakfast also good for guess

Decent and clean place for reasonable price. Convenient with marts and bank nearby. Eating places are situated around 10min walk away.

If you go to the center of Batu Pahat, Johor, Malaysia, don't forget to stop by or sleep at Pinetree Hotel The room very clean and very comfortable and worth it for a stay. The spacious and comfortable room and clean environment make us think we will stay there again. Thank you

Quite central to Batu Pahat town. So far the room is okay but the head pillows are the harder type. For convenience part, my room is equipped with two functioning wireless charging for Iphone.

Base parking too small

I could say the effort to maintain this hotel especially the room was done greatly. The breakfast were simple but delicious. Recommended for short stay in Batu Pahat!

Love the clean room .Staff were friendly and helpful. There are 3 lifts , a restaurant, mini library and big seating area at lobby.Ample of free parking ,at basement ,across the road and 2 seasonal parking lots infront of the hotel.

Got top floor room, room was hot even check-in at night. Air-cond not really functioning. Feedback to receptionist and change to room besides, same thing. It took around 3 hours for the air conditioner to start cooling the room.

Front deak services is good Staff are friendly. Check in System is a bit slow. Room is clean. More tv channels available

Decent hotel. Have been refurbished. Basic but all practical and have a feeling of cleanliness. All ok beside the Aircon can be improved. A bit old and dirty looking and with some noise at the room I stay. Overall ok.
