Convenient location, just what we need for a short getaway in the city area and occasional longer trips out to seaside. Breakfast spread is great, room is clean, bed is medium firm and comfy. Only thing was that the handheld shower head was leaking, but we were fine with using the wall mounted shower head.

Excellent services provided. This was my 2nd staycation. Ms Maya & Tesa arranged my second granddaughter birthday decoration upon arrival. All the hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. We will highly recommend relatives and friends to extend the support.

First check in, no hot water at all even when they say “24 hour hot water” for bathroom, called the reception and tech service come and there’s hot water. Next morning, hot water available only at the sink and not the showering area. Towel smells. But overall everything is fine.

Booked this hotel for a short getaway with my wife and enjoyed it. Location is good; 5 minutes walk from Harbour Bay Ferry Terminal. Room was big and nice, worth the price. Breakfast was delicious.

1) staff managed to arrange a room based on my special request. I satisfied with it. 2) room air-con took some time only feel coling after switched on. 3) i very satisfied with the bath shower area & enjoy with the water flow & pressure supplied from the rain shower bar set in bathroom.

Right next to Harbour Bay Jetty. Friendly staff. Good breakfast selection. Take a grab/gojek to Nagoya area for shopping.

Celebrated 11th year wedding anniversary here and it’s great to be back in Batam after many years. Love the service provided by the staffs here. Definitely will be back here in the near future
