Have cockroach and bed not very clean got stain

My family and I stay for relaxation. But we found the room is not as we aspected. The kitchen sink is smelly, bath room trap is choke and smelly. I hope owner can maintain the room well and keep it clean. Is so sad, you have a good room but not maintained it well. Have a great change in future 👍👍

Small living room. The heater not hot but we are ok with cool water to bathe. We enjoy our night watch Netflix. The apartment has a mall but only 1 cafe and few shops. The area outside has only 1 hotpot available and a cafe. We walk out to the morning bakery about 7min away took a grab back apartment at around 20000 rupiah. We also took a grab car to maha temple for 4of us at idr22000. I can see the mosque that is at the batam center. Better prepare own hair shampoo and conditioner. 2queen and 1 mattress on floor available. Morning can hear the prayers. We also order grab food as we are jus lazy to go out at night. The place is really near city center by grab. Room is clean. No toilet roll and no guardian in mall. High floor with Seaview.

Fast response from the owner. Good quiet place if you want some peace away from the crowded city areas. Good TV programmes variety. Would be good if hand bar soap is provided.

**Review: Lovina Apartments** My stay at Lovina Apartments was highly disappointing. The apartment was extremely dirty with a musty smell throughout. The living room was messy and had a lot of hair scattered around. The toilet was infested with cockroaches and had an unpleasant odor. Overall, the hygiene and cleanliness standards were far below acceptable, making the stay very uncomfortable.

The extra mattress takes up space

Place was in a good and convenient location.
