Friendly and very helpful receptionist! Free coffee after breakfast hour at the lobby.

We were extremely happy with the Hotel. We stayed in a Twin Room with Breakfast for 7 Nights. The room was way bigger than we expected. This should not be classified as a 2 Star Hotel as it offers so much. Lovely aesthetic, very clean, fully facilitated room, friendly and helpful staff, delicious breakfast variety, 24 hour coffee machine... It is located close to the bus, metro and train station. Easy access to everywhere. Safe neighbourhood. Great value for money. Thank you to all the staff.

It was a very good experience to stay in Hotel Via Augusta. The staff are very friendly. Clean room, comfortable bed and good breakfast. Very convenient location which is just a few steps away from the metro station.

The service attitude is very good and the hygiene is also very good. There are drinks available and it's very close to the subway station. The bed was very comfortable, and it was a gift for my birthday.

We booked a twin room but got upgraded to a triple room without additional charge. What a surprise! Reception is friendly and helpful. The hotel decoration is a bit old but it’s very clean. Breakfast is also delicious although there isn’t much choice available. Price is very reasonable. I would highly recommend.

The location was far from the main street, but the price was very reasonable! They cleaned every day, so it was very clean. But the smell of the sewer in the bathroom was so bad that it was hard

Staff were so friendly & any request was not a pronlem. Breakfast was plentiful & rooms were clean & well maintained. Two stops on the rail line from Place d'Catalunya,station 20 yards from hotel.

The best hotel we’ve ever stayed. It was only one night but we appreciated everything. Wonderful terrace, good cortado available 24/7 and very nice staff. We’ll come back again! Thank you ♥️

Location was little bit far from main street. But other things were perfect.

The hotel's location near the train station proved to be highly convenient. Additionally, its proximity to numerous restaurants and grocery shops added to its appeal. Furthermore, we found the hotel staff to be pleasant and exceptionally welcoming.

Good location; near metro station and bus stations, opposite church, many shops and restsurant around. Clean. Decent breakfast.

Only bad thing is there are no minibars in the rooms, otherwise it’s a lovely stay with great hospitality.
