A one-bedroom house is relatively small, and the "kitchen" has to be found in the cabinet, but the advantage is that it is affordable. After upgrading the room it was much better. Convenient location, worth it.

Very average. Living on the first floor, the air conditioner is loud and the bedroom is small.

There is serious building working going on, lots of noise currently not recommendable . There is also lots of noise in general in the hotel and the rooms are not very practical. The plugs are in awkward places especially if you need to do any work with a computer. the kitchen is poorly organised. In general the rooms have not been well though out. The local is very central and the staff are very polite but with the current building work it is not a comfortable stay.

My daughter and I stayed here when visiting Barcelona for a couple of days. The location is central meaning you are never more than about a 35 minute walk to the main attractions. The metro is just a few steps away and there are bus stops near by too. The apartment we stayed in was clean and comfortable and met our needs. The bed was warm and comfy and the room quiet at night and there was a kitchenette too. There is also a safe that does not require an additional charge. The staff were all friendly and helpful and other than the WiFi being very poor (it connected but did not work most of the time) and no plug for the bath tub (and when we asked, there was not one available meaning we could not have a bath) we were happy all round. Great affordable location to see the city.

We had a good time, they are very friendly, the room was comfortable, there was plenty of space. I would stay here again if I were to go to that area again. At the reception there are very helpful people for anything. A beautiful structure. Recommended.

Pathetic management, they canceled my reservation without notice. With the reservation made, they did not send me any email and then there was a problem with the card, for which they called me only twice (without being able to pick up the phone because I was working with patients) and they did not leave any message voice. Unfortunately I saw the email of the canceled reservation the next day without anyone notifying me. They gave me no solution and on top of that they said that they had done their job well. ?They didn't leave any message and I was left without a reservation (I had to take another more expensive apartment 12 hours before arriving in Bcn)

We usually book at this Aparthotel because of its proximity to a clinic. Service has improved a lot, very polite employees, very clean rooms and acceptable wifi. If there is a but, it is that in the rooms on the ground floor there is little telephone coverage 😑 Train/metro stop almost at the door, supermarket in front, pharmacy, cafes and bus a few meters away. Without a doubt a good place both for short stays and to spend more time.
