The location was excellent, the staff were friendly, and it was a wonderful hotel. When I used the bubble bath, a lot of black garbage-like stuff came out. Other than that, the room was clean and nice. It would have been nice to have slippers and a kettle in the room.

It's close to the airport, and there is a shuttle bus to and from the airport. The service is very good and breakfast is quite rich! The room inside has a bathtub with toiletries, and you can take three meals a day at the hotel!

The hotel is very fancy, it is a bit pricy but definitely worth it. The one thing I have to complain is that their bath tub, I tried to use the bath tub but the hot water is very slow, and it took long time to reach my ankle, which is not enough to take a bath. I took a shower instead after wait an hour. Also the stopper for the bath tub is broken. The lobby is nice and you will receive 30 minutes of free spa and gym, but you have to make reservation with reception. The employees are very nice and friendly to assist you without your asking.

I have had the most pleasant stay atThe Golden Tulip Hotel. The service was exceptional and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were immaculate and serviced daily. The breakfasts and dinners were superb and the passion of the chef shone through her creations. I loved every moment of my stay. I will recommend any and all people visiting Barcelona to stay here. The terrace on the top floor has the most amazing view of Barcelona kitted out with recliners, tables, chairs and a beautiful swimming pool. I would rate this hotel ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Since this is my second trip to Spain, I chose this hotel because I know a lot about the center of Barcelona. The main reason is that it is close and convenient to various attractions and shopping. Another reason is that I saw the room size of this hotel. A bit bigger than other city center hotels. I booked this hotel on Ctrip early because I was applying for my own visa. When I actually checked in, I found that the room was inconsistent with the photos I saw on Ctrip.com. In addition, the meal charges for children charged by the hotel did not match the price marked on Ctrip.com. At that time, because the hotel front desk said that he could not solve the problem, and it was already past 12 o'clock in the evening, we checked in first. The next day, I called Ctrip customer service to tell them that they would negotiate with them to solve the problem after I returned to China. When we checked out, we arrived ten minutes late due to a serious traffic jam when taking a taxi back to the hotel. I took my suitcase to the front desk to check out at 12:13 noon. I expressed my apology and explained that there was a traffic jam, but the female service member at the front desk The staff attitude is very bad. The above situation is for your reference.
