This is the worst hotel I've stayed in Portugal! Not enough towels, not even a cup for brushing teeth, the shower leaks into the bathroom! Too few breakfast options! According to my aesthetic standards, it's the level of a youth hostel, it shouldn't be so expensive!  This should be a hostel run by an Indian, the English is very poor, and the attitude is not good! The only bright spot is that it is on a hillside with a good view! In short, not recommended! 

Spacious, bright, and grand are the characteristics of this hotel. The room is 40 square meters, with one extra-large bed and two single beds. It is not crowded for families. It has an extra-large dressing room, an extra-large bathroom, and double basins for travel. It is used by guests, and the terrace outside is also very large. If you stay in a vacation style, it will be absolutely comfortable and comfortable. You can also play in the swimming pool, which is a great experience.

Excellent in every way. The breakfast was great. The staff is very pleasant and smiling. I highly recommend. Thank you very much for your welcome and your services.

A very nice hotel, close to the highway but in a quiet area. You can go for a little walk. Large room with a large bathroom. The breakfast was tasty but thin in Portuguese style. Good thing there were scrambled eggs. I recommend it for a 2-3 day stay.

A small but ideal place to rest. Large rooms with all the necessary amenities. With nothing nearby, as the name suggests it is on top of a hill. Friendly staff.

Avoid! The position that the hotel gives you at Google Maps does not exist. It was impossible for me to locate this hotel. I assume it is a fraud. I booked it through ***********, but my complaint is not accepted as there are so many reviews that seem to indicate the hotel really exists. Which I doubt. They did take my money though.

Booked hotel for 5 nights, it cost me 975€. The room which they advertised in booking. com They mentioned its a 4-star hotel, but its a lodge or hostel. They show 4 rooms. All the rooms are mould and bleach smell. My son is asthmatic he started caughing whole night we haven't slept. The manager who worked night by shift was very rudeband he refused to refund the money. After sending all the proof to the booking com the hotel management accepts to pay 390€ I stayed 12 hrs in the hotel they took 600€. They are fraud. With my experience, I never recommend this to anyone. Please be careful while reserving this lodge.They will cheat by showing the fake picture. I am going to file a police complaint against this hostel. Not even toilet tissues provided. This hotel is not even worthy for 20€. Per night.

ENG: Summary: Somehow, *********** permits this barely-2-stars hotel to be verified with 4. The only thing good here are the surprisingly large rooms and the swimming pool. Possible one the most peculiar hotel I have been to in my life. Firstly, it is almost impossible to get there with a GPS. The only sign is a tiny one saying "Local Hotel" in the front door. Secondly, the hotel is somehow 4 stars, when in reality it doesn't go over 2 stars. Some examples of this: horribly low maintenance the walls haven't been cleaned probably since it was constructed. Moreover, there is humidity problems in the hotel. The breakfast, is terribly bad. Resembling the breakfast of a backpacking hostel. Moreover, the "room service" is basically non-existent, in which they give you "clean" towels (not enough for everyone, we were 4, they gave us 2.) The only good thing I can think about in this hotel is probably the surprisingly large rooms and the swimming pool. My wife and I stayed in this hotel in July 2023 Very disappointed by the following points: 1. We had booked a room with a pool view, when we arrived the person gave us a room with a view on the parking lot side We told him that our reservation had a swimming pool view, he tells us that it does not exist. 2. The bedroom blind is controlled by a box that does not work, so I ask the next day if it is possible to repair this blind because in the morning there is a lot of light in the room. When we returned the blind was lowered but it was impossible to raise it, the person at reception told me that the blind was lowered as requested. I was therefore plunged into darkness when I was in my room with no natural light. apart from a window on the side and the blind which is lowered because it does not work 3. The day before our departure we explain the small problems to the receptionist who tells us that it is completely normal and that during check out we will have a part reimbursed The next day, the day of our departure the receptionist told us that in the end we must see with *********** and that the hotel will not do anything despite what it says the old one that he was going to be able to make a refund. I am very very disappointed with this hotel which looked serious in the ad I do not recommend

Hello, if I could have put 0* I would have done so. When we arrived, there were bottles of beer and capsules on the tables next to the swimming pool. The latter is not maintained (dirty, tiles that are falling off) I saw one of the customers trying to remove the dirt with a landing net... is it really up to the customers to do that? It's not worthy of a 4 star! We had booked 2 nights but only 1 night was enough for us to return the keys! My young children couldn't close their eyes before midnight, noise, a lot of noise... one of the customers, on the balcony, had to go out and shout (in Portuguese) surely to make the noise stop. Regarding customer service, zero! No one responded to my complaint for my refund request (2nd night) even though I was informed that it was transmitted to Management... radio silence... I strongly advise against it especially with children !! I'll let you see the photos... I won't even touch on the subject of breakfast...

Well. I liked the hotel but it is definitely not a 4-star hotel. There was no way to contact reception, there was no telephone. Quite large and clean room Bathroom note that it is recent I liked it Dressing room I also liked it but in my opinion it is too big they could make better use of the space Good breakfast... But not from a 4 star hotel. Very small breakfast room with just half a dozen tables... Guests have to wait for a table if they don't arrive early. No dinner or lunch service... For a 4-star hotel, as advertised, this is unacceptable. When I arrived at the hotel there was a sign actually saying the name of the hotel and another one next to it saying AL, something that is not shown on the website and when booking

Best example of how the photographs on the website do not correspond to reality. Moldy walls, funky floating, horrible environment. The access is hell, the location is horrible, constant noise from the highway. To never return.

We were very well received and attended to from the first contact when booking. The stay exceeded expectations. Thank you to Mr Adil and the rest of the staff, who were always friendly and helpful. We will be back!

Nenhum funcionário falava português. Não entregaram fatura no momento em que se pagou. Quartos a precisar de grande renovação. Casa de banho má. Pequeno almoço muito muito fraco. Para um alojamento de 4 estrelas e deste valor é francamente mau.
