My family and I were taken care of by Kishore, who was an exceptional host. He helped us from the moment we arrived until the day we departed, always making sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The Hard Rock hotel is well equipped with everything one could desire on a family vacation. The swimming pool and beach have a great atmosphere frequently filled with music events and activities. The food is top notch and very diverse. Fitness enthusiasts can enjoy from a wide range of activities, such as Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (highly recommended), weight training center, Zumba classes and more. We will definitely return for a second round of paradise.

After planning a trip to the Maldives with my children and thinking about it for a month, I had a very comfortable stay at Small Maldives, which I chose. The accommodation was clean, the staff was very friendly, and the food was very delicious. The water quality was excellent, and the stingrays and turtles passing in front of the accommodation made the trip even more enjoyable. I think it will be a really great memory

I had an amazing time with my boyfriend in SAii Lagoon, everyone there was so kind and lovely! They treated us like family and we felt so welcomed. During check-in I met “Jack”, he is so friendly, professional and extremely helpful! Also he speaks fluent mandarin and English which is a plus for Chinese tourists who struggles with English. At the restaurant/pool bar “Mr. Tom Yam” we’ve met some amazing staffs there, always happy to see us and they served us with the most delicious cocktails and food! We were always so happy to see “Eli & Sam”, they gave us the best suggestions when we couldn’t decide on what to get, you won’t be disappointed for sure whether is food or drinks! They knew what we wanted before even telling them which was a plus! And behind the bar you have the best mixologist called “Joseph” he made us AMAZING cocktails I swear is one of the BEST ones I’ve ever tasted so far! They would always greet and smile. The room was very spacious and well equipped with all essentials and fantastic view. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to the tourists who wants to go there. Before leaving I met “Tharaka” she was so lovely, kind and helpful! Everyone was so lovely, friendly and professional! Will be back to this place soon! I found this hotel at booking, sadly not so many reviews, but i decided to give it a chance. I really liked it, it was clean, very close to the ferry port (to and from the airport) so I arrived this way from the airport. Rooms are pretty and renewed. Bed was comfortable. Nice air conditioner and fan, both working and helped me to feel fresh. I had a dinner which was really tasty, my congratulations to the person who cooked it. Also overall all the staff were really friendly and polite. I had my departure early at the morning, so they packed my breakfast in a box. Liked: - Staff: Very friendly and polite. Always answered my emails and at the hotel they made my stay very nice. Thanks for this. - Location (5 minutes by walking to ferry) - Food, very tasty dinner (though I ordered a spicy food that I like, but if you don't be careful about what you order) - Room was clean and fresh. I really liked this place and I completely recommend it.

This was one of our best Hotel Jen experiences anywhere in the world. In most cases, Hotel Jen stays are more functional, and we don't get the full ”Shangri-la experience”. In this case however, the experience got pretty close. Some of the positives: 1. The upgrade to the larger room was a nice touch as it gave my family of 4 a bigger space. 2. The F&B we had throughout the stay was good - my family enjoyed all our meals while we were there. 3. Most importantly, literally every single staff member we encountered during the stay was friendly and helpful, and the service was really the best part of this experience. Every person have us absolutely nothing to complain about in terms of service. Some of the more memorable individuals who stood out for us (this is not to say the other folks are not as good - just that we did not interact with them as much): Riyaz and Arun at the restaurant, and Dilshan at the front desk. 4. The breakfast spread exceeded my expectations for a Hotel Jen property. 5. The location was great. Everywhere we needed to go during our 3-night stay was within 15 minutes' walk. A couple of drawbacks though, although these would be pinned on the people who initially constructed the building rather than the people running it now: 1. The building is slightly dated/ageing, and parts of it could do with a refresh. 2. While the Executive room we stayed in was large, there was some wasted space in the room due to the irregular layout. On the whole, this was still a 5/5 experience, and the best part was really the service.

The entire Male's hotel is probably of the Hanting class. Only available as a transition hotel. The service is very good, free pick-up and drop-off at the hotel is also delivered to the airport. It is recommended that you order a small suite with a balcony, otherwise the room is too small and very depressing. The ordinary room for the first night is very small! !! !! I stayed in the suite for one more night before going back, and felt more comfortable.

The hotel lobby is warm and cool, and the elevator is fast and clean. The hotel is not too new but it is very clean everywhere, and the facilities are easy to use. The room is not big but bright. The balcony can see the busy Male Airport, as well as various speedboats and ferries coming and going. The bedding is very clean, and the quilt is not thick, just right. There are conditioners, electric kettles, and everything you need. The ladies and brothers at the front desk, the dining room, and the luggage delivery are all gentle and lovely. Especially the manager who picked us up at the airport was punctual and enthusiastic, which made people feel at ease.

Pros: the hotel provides a transfer from the airport and back, which is included in the room rate. There is a toothbrush and toothpaste in the bathroom. We did not like the room we were placed in. It was on the second floor, the front door almost hit the bed when opened. The room was very cramped and stuffy. When the window was opened, there was no ventilation, and it was impossible to sleep with the air conditioner, since it blew on the bed in any mode, and therefore on the whole body and face. It was also very noisy, we did not get a room with a sea view, but on Raiyvilla Hingun Street. There were no slippers, shampoo, conditioner or soap in the room. There was practically no toilet paper left from the previous guests. When we asked for paper at the reception that evening when we checked in, we were told that they would bring a roll, but nothing was brought either in the evening or in the morning. We did not like the breakfast at the hotel. We assumed that there would be a buffet, but there was no choice at all. I would like to see Mas Huni as a breakfast - this is a traditional breakfast in the Maldives, consisting of tuna, onions, coconut and chili. In fact, they brought an omelet, sausages, bread, butter, hash browns, fruits and coffee. In this hotel we were not able to get enough sleep because of the noise and stuffiness, breakfast was also not a success, I only drank coffee and ate bread and butter. In the end, I think that $ 100 per night is expensive for such a service.
