Everything was great. The Island, the hotel, the breakfast, the outdoor pool, the staff. They forgot to bring us welcome drink but I had no problem with that since the staff were so kind and helpful. I will come back again to Hard Rock hotel next year. Platinum water villa was like a dream. Even the ocean was clean😍 I really felt like a Rock star there.

This place is excellent. Location is just a walking distance from the ferry port. I can say our experience staying here is great. They contacted us in advance to check what time we will arrive. All their staffs are so nice and friendly. Our room was beautiful, clean and spacious and airconditoner is perfect. I almost dont wanna go out and just prefer staying in bed all day. We just ordered food for dinner through their room service and price of food is just almost the same if we will eat out. They have karaoke too which is really nice. Thank you also to their friendliest receptionists. I will definitely come back. I attached a photo of their restaurant. This one is really nice in person.

The location is easy to find. You can walk to the main street in a few steps, but the room is very quiet. The people at the front desk are very nice. The room is clean and tidy, and it smells of lemon. I took a lot of luggage and they were delivered directly to me. Room,

I had an amazing time with my boyfriend in SAii Lagoon, everyone there was so kind and lovely! They treated us like family and we felt so welcomed. During check-in I met “Jack”, he is so friendly, professional and extremely helpful! Also he speaks fluent mandarin and English which is a plus for Chinese tourists who struggles with English. At the restaurant/pool bar “Mr. Tom Yam” we’ve met some amazing staffs there, always happy to see us and they served us with the most delicious cocktails and food! We were always so happy to see “Eli & Sam”, they gave us the best suggestions when we couldn’t decide on what to get, you won’t be disappointed for sure whether is food or drinks! They knew what we wanted before even telling them which was a plus! And behind the bar you have the best mixologist called “Joseph” he made us AMAZING cocktails I swear is one of the BEST ones I’ve ever tasted so far! They would always greet and smile. The room was very spacious and well equipped with all essentials and fantastic view. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to the tourists who wants to go there. Before leaving I met “Tharaka” she was so lovely, kind and helpful! Everyone was so lovely, friendly and professional! Will be back to this place soon! I checked Ctrip app for months to find a suitable resort for my honeymoon, and luckily I chose SO! It's our first time to visit Maldives, yet the resort staff made everything convenient for us. Before we started the journey, the staff contacted us through email to inform us of the transport details. We were picked up at Velana International Airport by the staff members of SO. The transfer by speedboat had amazing seaviews! We enjoyed the view. It only took 15min to get to the island. On the first night, we were welcomed with delicious dessert, fruits and champagne. Drinking champagne in the spacious water villa really reminded me of romantic movie scenes. We slept well with the peaceful sound of waves. The next morning, and every morning thereafter on the island, we tried different food at The Citronella Club. The waiters are patient and nice, bringing what we needed timely. Not only the private swimming pool in each room is clear, but also the public swimming pool is clean and cozy. I enjoyed swimming there every day, despite the rain. The only pity during our vacation is the bad weather. Being unaware of the local climate, we came in the rainy season. It almost rained every day! One day the wind got so strong and overwhelming that my newly bought drone fell to the ocean. I was so sad that I cried on the beach. Our butler Khim offered help and asked the security members to search for it. Although my device wasn't found, I appreciate your kind favor. That's the best hotel service I have ever had, after years of overseas travels! And on the last day of our journey, there was a storm all day. I told the butler that I was afraid we might feel dizzy if taking a boat in such a terrible weather. She comforted me and asked a staff member to give us seasick pills. The staff sent them immediately and told us how to use. They helped us to pick and deliver the luggages, so we had nothing to worry about. The seasick pills worked and we were comfortable throughout the trip. After taking the speedboat to the airport, a staff picked our luggages and accompanied us all the way to the check-in counter. I never imagined a hotel service could be so detailed! We don't bother checking out the schedule. We just need to relax and enjoy our day! We look forward to coming again when the weather is better. Thanks to SO/ Maldives, I had sweet memories here!

The service was very friendly. As soon as I left the airport, someone picked me up and took me back to the hotel. Check-in was very fast. After check-in, I made an appointment for the next day's airport drop-off. After check-out the next day, the car was waiting at the door and took me back to the airport seamlessly. The restaurant food was also very good. The only downside is that the water in the bathroom is yellow.

Going to Maldives for vacation, I flew directly to Male Airport on the first day. I chose this hotel as a transition hotel. You need to email the hotel in advance to inform the flight information, and they will arrange a pick-up. The hotel room is not big, but it is relatively clean and the service is OK. But the environment, the environment is very... It should be similar to a church opposite. There will be activities at 5 o'clock on Saturday morning. I don't know if it is a worship service or something. There will be loud singing once at 5 o'clock, and then once at 5:30. The sound is very loud and it is impossible to fall asleep.

I booked the hotel for one night before I transit to the resort next day as this hotel is close to the airport. My family was assigned the first floor and the room’s window and balcony are blocked by the buildings surrounding it with bad smell. I can only see pipes and AC compressor through the window against the wall. What makes worse is the the super loud noise of the aircon and the the compressor which is impossible to make ppl fall asleep. I have to use ear plugs but still too loud to sleep. The staff are friendly but the food is average compared to USD $200 per night we paid. It offers convenient transportation services with reasonable charge.

The beehive shows a 5m2 room, which is why I was a little tense - but in fact it is much bigger. It was good, AC and Wifi worked and everything was in good condition. The outdoor facilities and windows were likely to be cleaned and cleaned again. There everything looks something unpleasant. The service was good, but had its problems with CTrip. 2x I was relatively long there and had to wait. Also at the checkout, I was presented a bill of inclusive breakfast. It probably runs all about booking normally. But otherwise a good hotel for one night before you continue to fly/ship.
