We arrived late , check in was easy , having a car park that had security as well was excellent and a nice easy start the next day to get to terminal 3 . We had a family room which was perfect , would definitely book again if flying from Heathrow , takes the stress out of travelling early on the day of the flight

The price increase on weekends wasn't cheap, but it was a good option for a late-night arrival. You can check yourself in at the self-service machine, and there's staff available if you need help. If you're coming back with purchases, floor 2 is convenient. From floor 1, you can take the elevator directly to your room without going through the check-in area.

I booked this place because I had an early morning flight the next day, and I was so surprised there was no elevator. However, if you ask the staff for help, they will assist you, so ladies, definitely ask for help. The soundproofing in the room was decent, and it was clean. Most importantly, the POD service from this accommodation to Terminal 5 was incredibly convenient, so I highly recommend it if you have an early morning flight.

The hotel facilities are actually quite average; the rooms are small and the amenities are basic, but the affordability is a major plus. You'll see many guests catching flights here—it’s common to see travelers waiting in the lobby for the shuttle bus even in the early hours of the morning. There is a parking lot on-site, though the parking fees are on the higher side of moderate. As for the breakfast, it was pretty standard and didn't leave much of an impression.

I stayed at the Sheraton Heathrow Hotel and had a very pleasant experience overall. I took a taxi from the airport and arrived in less than 10 minutes, which only cost a few pounds more than the Hotel Hoppa. For two of us with two large suitcases, this was much more convenient, especially since the bus only runs about once an hour for our timing. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the hotel offered mince pies and hot chocolate at reception, which was a lovely Christmas welcome. The room was nice and clean, and the bathroom was well equipped with basic toiletries and body lotion. The bedding was extremely comfortable and we slept very well. We also rented a car from next door, so the location of this hotel was a big plus for us. Overall, a very convenient and comfortable stay near Heathrow.

Booked for one night before flying from Heathrow. I had a very big bedroom with a extremely comfortable bed. There are bar meals and a Italian restaurant to eat at. Do not rely on the bus transfer to the airport. It is unreliable. After waiting 40 mind I ordered a uber which was £13 for 7 min journey. Cost includes £7 drop off charge.

I arrived late night at Heathrow airport and need to stay overnight to catch up early flight in the morning. This hotel is near to airport and reasonable price with Ibis brand guarantees. The room was OK although it was quiet small but just overnight is OK. No amenities in the room. Overall is fine. The taxi from the airport is very expensive almost more than the saem price for one night of this hotel!!!

Beautiful classic style decoration, the material provided in the room are good quality. All the staffs met are very helpful. Just a little bit noisy for the room facing tothe main road.

Hotel was nice, clean and convenient. Situated very close to terminal 3 it is ideal. We missed breakfast unfortunately as had to be at the airport before 6, and breakfast doesn’t start until 6am. So if your an early flyer, don’t buy the breakfast package. Parking £24 / 24 hours which seems standard round there. The only annoyance is that service charges are added to the bill on every drink / food ordered and they don’t tell you about it until after the bill is paid and they provide the receipt. This is very cheeky. Don’t midland paying but not for every drink, definitely should be an option asked in advance not just taking liberties. Taxi service cost two passengers £19.50 for a shared cab. This was very convenient and was on time. Bookable in advance via a computer terminal at the main doors . If you are flying later, there are tfl busses go to terminal three from across the road which would only cost you £1.75 per trip, and I think one bus is 24 hours. But requires reliance on public transport. Room was clean, comfortable and tea / coffee and water in room. Shower was good. Food was nice. 2x pizza £20 each small basket of chips around £5. Double vodka and coke cost nearly £20 and a beer moretti £8. Plus the added cheeky service charge that wasn’t mentions of £8. McDonald’s is a two minute walk for a cheaper option and Tesco express / kebabs around a 10-15 minute walk away.

Room was small and basic and looked a little rough around the edges, but it was clean and the bed was super comfy, really nice soft pillows and nice duvet - was perfect after a very long day of travelling back from Thailand!
