GG Leung VanNothing out of the ordinary. Standard service level of a chain hotel group. At least nothing negative to talk about. That said, a few good comments as follows:
1. Despite so close to the airport, it was very quiet at night. That means if you are a light sleeper, you won’t have any problem sleeping from plane noise.
2. Even though the hotel is close to the airport, you can’t walk to the hotel from the terminal. You can take taxis (cost about £13), ride share, hotel shuttles that cost you £6.50 per person, or in my case, take public bus U3 or A4 from Central Bus Station that stops across street from the hotel (cost £1.75).
Would I stay again in the same hotel? Most probably yes for its value for money.

GGuest UserGreat place to stay for families with near new facilities across the hotel. Very good breakfast with lots of different choices and friendly staff. The only drawback is the location which is not close to public transport however uber and bolt is quite convenient and can also take the shuttle bus to the airport then connect the tube to anywhere. Overall great and will stay there again.

GGuest UserBuffet breakfast at Bytes restaurant was great, so were the service staff there. Our room was quite quiet as it was away from the lift, and it was spacious. The locaion to Heathrow airport is great. Bus # 423 brings you to New Road Stop D, which is just within 3 mins walk to the hotel. You can also take a direct bus across the hotel to London Heathrow airport. It takes over an hour to go to the city centre e.g. Piccadily Circus.

GGuest UserPerfect location to the airport - £8 taxi to terminal 2. Very clean room. Room facilities ideal for a short stay. Staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast ok get down before 6:30am to make sure you get a good table. Plenty os selection for breakfast food.
I would stay again at the hotel.
If asked I would recommend the hotel to my friends.

However, the amenities were fairly average—clean but basic rooms and limited facilities. Great for short stays or business trips, but not ideal if you're looking for luxury or extras.

GGuest UserBooked for convenience. Ended up being perfect location and the restaurant food was really really good with a view of the runway watch planes take off . Bar was also very nice. You can get a pod to the terminal in like 6 mins right outside the hotel. I would stay again when travelling from terminal 5 on a really early flight .
