the staff is very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. the amenities and bed are excellent. the bathroom and WC are clean despite being shared by many. however this is not suitable for those who haven’t tried bunk bed before. you might be disturbed easily as you are sharing room with others, and the ceiling is not soundproof. overall i like this stay very much.

A dream hotel! This was my absolute favorite hotel during my UK trip, bar none. The rooms are exquisite. We booked two rooms this time, a loft suite and a king room. The price difference wasn't huge, but the suite was incredible – it had a kitchen, a living room, and a bedroom, it was fantastic. The air conditioning worked great, and the breakfast was delicious. It's about 1km from Cambridge University, easily accessible. There are temporary parking spots out front, and overnight parking in the basement, so no worries there. Two points for domestic travelers to note: 1. The EV charging station app in the basement cannot be downloaded or used by iPhones in mainland China or Hong Kong. Friends with electric cars should be aware of this. 2. The immediate area isn't particularly safe. When I went to the supermarket, I noticed that the people around seemed a bit questionable, especially if you go further north. For those concerned about safety, just avoid wandering around the area at night. The hotel itself is excellent and meets most needs.

This is also a very good hotel. The front desk service was excellent. Initially, there was an issue with the air conditioning in my room – it couldn't be manually adjusted. I informed the front desk, and they immediately moved me to a new room. The AC in the new room worked perfectly, making my stay very comfortable. Thumbs up for the service! The breakfast was good. My favorite dishes were replenished constantly, and the fish was delicious. The coffee was also nice. The atmosphere was quiet and comfortable.

The hotel is a 15-20 minute drive from Cambridge. There's a gas station and a large supermarket next door with a good selection of items. Breakfast is standard, a typical English breakfast. The car park is spacious, perfect for those traveling by car, and the rooms are quite new.

On the second day, I went to the reception and explained the situation regarding how his colleague had handled my booking. The receptionist was understanding and informed me that I could simply move from one room to another without having to check out and wait to be checked into a new room. This made the process much smoother and highlighted that the inconvenience I experienced the previous day could have been avoided with clearer communication.

Every visit to Cambridge, we always stay at the Hilton Cambridge City Center. Not only is it at the heart of the city and so convenient to the Grand Arcade and city center, but the impeccable service at the dining room. Each morning we were greeted warmly by the lovely staff at breakfast time, especially by the supervisor, I forgot her name, but she was a lovely Japanese lady. The variety and selection of the breakfast items were excellent. Highly recommend this hotel.

Breakfast is average, it is normal, nothing special. The room is too small, and it is rare to live in such a small room at this price. There is a chair in the room, and it is necessary to find a waiter to give another chair. From the picture posted on the door, we stayed in the smallest room in the whole hotel. Really unhappy.

While the hotel itself and rooms are fine. You have to pay extra for parking which is clearly just for capitalist gains as it’s on property. They advertise a pool (one of the main reasons we picked the hotel), which we were told on arrival has been closed for years, yet no thought to advertise this online was thought of? No instead they keep a picture of said swimming pool online when it would be a simple manner of taking one picture down to stop disappointment. They keep it up to attract visitors unfortunately. The water in the room for shower and bath simply did not go hot, but rather a low lukewarm. Breakfast also cost £15 which we opted not to do due to competition prices being so much lower for the same thing. Ultimately, it was a disappointing stay mainly due to their misinformation than the room itself.

So likable I extended. The location score only applies if you have a vehicle. It’s a truck highway stop with a petrol station, EV car chargers and a large food court containing multiple outlets. If you don’t have a vehicle it’s an uber or long walk to public transport. The hotel itself is functional with accommodating staff. Ive wasted 10 mins of my life trying to upload photos of the EV charging station. It exists and is a plus for the hotel.

There was a polish lady at the reception - she was AMAZING! EXTREMELY helpful, friendly, professional. I have stayed in many hotels, also international and 5 star - and she is TOP! One of hte best receptionist I have ever come across. The others were so-so, sometimes unfriendly or not organized, but she made up for all their failures and was EXCEPTIONAL. The door to my room was faulty - so the cleaners never managed to go inside and clean my room while I stayed there for 3 nights, and not all cards worked - so cleaners jsut did not bother to go inside- which was disappointing. Also, the soap dispensers do not work well - very hard to get any soap out. - needs fixing properly.
