The room was lovely and clean and the staff amazing. Unfortunately I ended up quarantined and then having to move to a quarantine facility so the staff prepared a care package for me to take to the quarantine facility, including daily use items and snacks to get me through. 嘉琪 English name Carkey went above and beyond returning my training tickets and picking up things from the supermarket for me when I was initially quarantining at the hotel. She made sure that after my quarantine I could return to the hotel and use the nights I had booked and couldn't use. I highly recommend this hotel and want to sincerely thank the staff for their kindness towards me. Karen (罗洁雨）

After reading the hotel I found in the review, I was very pleasantly surprised. The room was well-equipped, clean and tidy, and all the details were in place. Xiaodu intelligent voice control, smart toilet and so on. There are similarities to the high-end hotels in the Huazhu Club that have lived before, and the price is very close to the people. There are many restaurants and snack bars downstairs in the hotel, and the parking lot is on the second floor of the hotel, which is very convenient to enter and exit. The beautiful waiter at the bar is skilled and very enthusiastic, making the occupants feel very happy and satisfied! ! !

GGuest UserWhen I stayed at the Sanmenxia Tianzi Hotel, I didn't know whether it had the design elements of the Macao hotel, but I still felt its luxurious style: the rooms were spacious and the furnishings were exquisite, making people feel warm, refreshing and comfortable. The shower had plenty of hot water and fast flow. We decided to extend the stay to four days with high-quality enjoyment at an affordable price. The lobby manager enthusiastically gave us a discount and gave us breakfast as a gift for the third person. Breakfast was at the Yanhui Hall. The sumptuous meal was no less than a buffet at a five-star airport hotel. The handsome manager of the beverage department personally serves the guests. Parking at the hotel is convenient and safe, and several security guards are on duty day and night. Also helps guests with their luggage. The cleaning staff carefully cleans the room and replenishes supplies every day.
Our trip to Sanmenxia made us deeply feel the hospitality and sincerity of the beautiful Henan people. It must be rated five stars.

The buffet in the restaurant is good👍 We stayed for 2 nights and ate in the restaurant every morning, lunch and dinner. It's clean and tidy, you can feel free to eat, and the room is clean and tidy. Various attractions are not far away. You can come back for a short break at noon. It’s a pity that I didn’t see the swans. I’ll come back next March

When I checked out, I also bought Sanmenxia specialty noodles and beans. They are authentic, delicious and cheap! Not only is the reception at the hotel’s front desk friendly and the check-in is quick, but the housekeeping aunt is also very good at cleaning. GGuest UserThe hotel is curved and the view is very wide; indeed, as netizens said, the facilities are old, the kettle is very old, my mother said that she dare not use it; the front desk training is very general, and the hotel facilities are matched; but the security guards in the parking lot are very good, and the parking spaces are arranged. Very positive; There is also the big sister for breakfast. The big sister in charge of mutton soup is not only good, but the taste of the soup is superb, so I ate a little pleasant breakfast!
