I would like to praise the manager on duty on the night of check-in (I forgot to ask his name). I was not feeling well and needed ibuprofen urgently at 3 a.m., but the hotel medicine box was not prepared. The manager on duty offered to help me buy it at the pharmacy outside! I like the service awareness, but I don’t want to be troubled, hahaha, so I ordered takeout by myself in the end. I only stayed for one night, and the overall experience was not bad. I also talked a lot with the manager on duty before checking out. I can feel the intention to improve the problem from the attitude of the staff. In general, as a hotel in 2014, as long as it is repaired regularly, the hardware is not a problem. For Jiahua, the reason for choosing this hotel is more about hygiene and service. If you come to Langfang for business or travel, I still recommend it.
